In winter, the entire northern part of Jabloneck turns into one big skiing paradise with tens of kilometers of cross-country tracks and groomed downhill terrains

The cottage is located in the upper part of the village of Janov nad Nisou, 800 meters from the lift of the Severák ski area

Bedřichov can be reached by road in 5 minutes by car

The Slovanka lookout can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a common room on the ground floor with a tiled fireplace, a corner sofa and a large dining table for 8 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a capacity of 4 people

Each bedroom has two single beds and a double bed.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Heating: The main source of heating is a heat pump, which in combination with an insulated building guarantees low operating costs, as a secondary source of heating, a wood-burning tiled stove can be used in the common room, which is available

The common room and the bathroom have underfloor heating, and the bedrooms have radiators.

Transportation, parking: The cottage is located in a picturesque and quiet corner of Genoa, which is, however, very accessible

Year-round maintained driveway and own parking space for two cars.

Dining

The nearest restaurant is located approx. 200 meters away, other options are available in the vicinity from approx. 1 km.

Cottage furnishings

In the kitchen there is a kitchen unit with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a thermos, a toaster, a lever coffee machine and plenty of crockery.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The property is in operation all year round, in the main season at least weekly stays are preferred, weekend stays are also possible outside the main season

The price includes bedding, towels, wood for the fireplace, water consumption, wifi, parking

The price does not include the recreation fee (21 CZK/adult per day) and electricity consumption (up to 500 CZK/week in summer, approx. 1500 CZK/week in winter)

After receiving the reservation form, e-mail or phone reservation, the operator sends the customer a preliminary confirmation of the reservation by e-mail together with the account number and the amount of the advance payment

The reservation becomes binding and will be confirmed by email immediately after crediting the advance payment, which is 50% of the price of the stay

By paying the deposit, the customer agrees to the payment and cancellation conditions stated here

Additional payment of the price of the stay is possible when starting the stay in cash or by transfer to the operator's account

We do not accept payment cards

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Cancellation of the stay reservation by the customer 30 days or less before the start of the stay amounts to 100% of the deposit

If the customer ends the stay prematurely without fault of the operator, the operator is not obliged to return the price for the stay or its proportional part to the customer

An agreement is possible when arranging an alternative date of stay

Children up to 3 years old in their own cot free of charge

The entire building is non-smoking, the stay of animals is not possible for hygiene and safety reasons.
