We would like to offer you to rent our cottage between the hills

The cottage is located in a quiet location in the picturesque village of Petrovice u Jablonné v Podještědí directly at the crossroads of hiking trails, which encourages trips to the surroundings

The house originally from the 1930s is after a total reconstruction and offers all the comfort of a modern household associated with romance in the countryside

About 10 people are accommodated comfortably

You will have a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets on the first floor

Outside you can enjoy a large garden with children (trampoline, sandpit, slide) and fireplace or drink coffee on the terrace with a look into the greenery

Petrovice lies on the outskirts of the Lusatian Mountains PLA and on the very border with Germany

In the immediate vicinity of the cottage, there are endless forests, in the summer full of blueberries and in the autumn full of mushrooms

If you are fans of tourism, you can go directly from the house to countless tourist destinations in the Czech Republic and Germany

Lovers of winter sports will also come into their own - it is 20 - 30 minutes to the nearest ski resorts, but you will also find modified cross -country trails

In summer you can refresh yourself in nearby swimming pools, which are also within a range of 10 - 20 min.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms available, all are equipped with storage space:

1. Con beds with a double bed

2. Con beds with two double beds (160 cm) - there is also a small play corner in this bedroom

3. Compound with bunk beds with an extended lower bed (140 cm)

In the living room you can use a folding couch for 2 people.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor bathroom with bathtub + separate toilet

Upstairs bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: The object is heated by a heat pump with a remote control (controlled by the owner)

It is also possible to heat the stove in the living room.

Transportation, parking: Arrival is possible all year round on village asphalt road, there are 2 parking spaces at the house (1 - 2 cars can be parked around the house).

Cottage furnishings

The object meets all the claims of a modern household

You will find a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toast)

On rainy days you can shorten your TV watching, playing on Play Station, one of the board games, or choose a book from our library and settled on a comfortable couch

Of course there is WiFi Internet connection

For children there is a children's chair, changing table and potty and a reduction board for the toilet

On the first floor there is a small playing corner with a kitchenette and a children's table prepared for your little ones

Outside you can use sitting on a covered terrace with a grill or roast sausages by the fireplace

There is a well -kept garden at the house, and you can tear the meadow flowers in a vase in the meadow behind the stream in the spring

Children will also find their enjoyment outside, whether on a trampoline, sand or slide

They will enjoy fun with an outdoor kitchen or when exploring various corners of a large garden.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Price for stay for 2 nights: 9 600 CZK

Price for each additional night: 4 400 CZK.

Price per week: 30 000 CZK.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

During the summer and spring holidays we prefer weekly stays.

With the reservation of the deadline, the deposit of 50 % of the stay is due

The rest is paid no more than 14 days before entering the accommodation after confirmation mutual

When arrival, a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is paid.

The price includes: accommodation, final cleaning, water consumption, bedding, towels, wood for campfire/fireplace.

Price does not include: EL consumption

Energy (paid according to actual consumption), local fees (20CZK/person/day).
