Ajova cottage is over 200 years old timber

It comes from the very beginning of the 19th century and is a jewel of Jizersko - mountain architecture

It lies in the adjacent part of Jablonec nad Nisou (Jablonec Paseky), on the outskirts of the PLA Jizera Mountains

Every beam, every nail and every brick hides stories from times past

We tried to reconstruct with love and feel the cottage in the spirit of our ancestors with the needs of our time

In the surroundings you will find not only all civic amenities, but also a wealth of hiking trails that you can use on foot, bike or even cross -country skiing

Also many ski resorts for undemanding and demanding skiers/snowboarders, equipment rental and ski schools

Visitors will have peace, comfort and silence of nature

On fenced land (2500 m²), at the edge of the forest, full of fruit trees, covered with pergola and grill (smokehouse).

Heating: Heating the cottage is solved using an electric boiler, the cottage partially heats the fireplace in the living room

The hot water heating is solved by a boiler of 80l with permanent heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking can be available at the cottage (2 - 3 cars), or about 50m from the cottage on the edge of the forest.

The cottage is a non -smoking building (ashtrays available in the garden)

Outdoor space: covered pergola with sitting at the multifunctional grill with the possibility of smoking + grilling and viewing of the large fenced garden

Rent the whole building and equipment of the timber, bedding and towels

Internet connection (Wi-Fi)

fuel wood in a reasonable quantity

The price does not include:

Electricity consumption 7CZK kWh (according to actual collection and current tariff).

Local fee of 21CZK per person.

Refundable deposit 5000kč (on the day of arrival).

Will be humiliated in the case of damage incurred and reimbursement consumed EL

energy and water.

Possibility to rent a children's travel cot with bedding for 300CZK for stay.

Summer and winter season we prefer to rent SO - SO

Minimum rental length of 3 nights.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Reservation is possible after deposit of 50 % of the total rental price

For rent for 3 nights is 100 % of the total price

In case of non -payment of advance within 14 days, reservation is automatically canceled

The surcharge is payable no later than 4 weeks before arrival for stay.

Cancel Conditions:

In the case of premature termination of the lease, there is no entitlement to a refund for rent.

In case of cancellation of the lease, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the total rental price, as follows:

0 % - within 4 weeks before arrival.

50 % - 4 - 2 weeks before arrival.

100 % - less than 2 weeks before arrival.
