Roubenka NA KÁNÍ is located above the village of Hutisko - Solanec

It is an almost 70-year-old wooden cottage after a complete reconstruction, completed in 2014.

The cottage is located on a southern slope overlooking the valley of Hutiska Solance

It is a quiet place suitable for recreation and relaxation

Sitting in the garden by the fireplace is very pleasant, especially in the warm summer months

A very suitable location for fans of mushroom picking and forest fruit picking

After entering the cottage, we pass through the corridor to the kitchen, which is equipped with a kitchen unit, a sideboard and a tiled stove, on which it is possible to cook during the stay

It is also used to heat the house in the colder months

A dining table to sit on and a carpet to lay down

A gas stove with an oven can also be used for cooking

Through the door from the kitchen we enter the living room with four beds and an extra bed

In the living room - common room, two sofa beds for the possibility of an extra bed, a table

Bathroom with toilet also after reconstruction, drinking water from the well in the garden

Wooden, beamed ceilings throughout the house

Arrival and parking at the property only by SUV vehicles with 4x4 drive. If you do not own a suitable vehicle, the owner will gladly transport you there and back to the cottage

Parking for your car is provided at the family house, which is located under the driveway to the cottage

walking from the road to the house only 15 min

The house is adjacent to a new wooden shed

Both buildings are separated from each other and each provides enough privacy, they are located on the opposite side

A 9 km hike follows the blue sign from the building to the Solán mountain saddle, a pleasant forest walk

A suitable place for cycling - mountain bikes

Bedrooms and rooms: 1x large bedroom with four beds and 1 extra bed, 1x room - living room with two extra beds.

Sanitary facilities: 1x bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Heating: In the kitchen, a tiled stove, which heats the entire log house in the colder months

Fireplace in the living room, solid fuel boiler.

Transportation, parking: Arrival and parking at the property only by SUVs with 4x4 drive. If you do not own a suitable vehicle, we will gladly transport you there and back to the cottage

Parking for your car is provided at the family house, which is located under the driveway to the cottage

With higher snow cover, only pedestrian access.
