It is a brick house 3 + 1 with an attic (90m2) with a direct view of the mountain Radhošť and the town of Rožnov

The cottage is located in the village Hutisko - Solanec, in the part called Sknla

It is a recreation area distant 1.5 km from the center of the village with direct panoramic views of Radhošť and Černá Hora

The nearest town is Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, about 7 km away

There is a possibility to ski on more than 15 - those ski slopes of the various difficulty, found in the 5 - 20km circuit

There are plenty of groomed running tracks in the area

There are also excellent conditions for hiking, cycling, ski mountaineering etc.

Surrounding forests are sought after by lovers of mushrooming, collection of forest berries, but also walks in the pristine nature

From the living room is a direct entrance to the terrace, from where there is a beautiful view of the Beskydy valley and Radhošť

Behind the house is an outdoor sitting with a fireplace where there is a possibility of pleasant sitting and grilling

Heating: Heating is gas, fully automatic.

The price includes energy, tourist fees, bedding and towels.

The deposit is required as a reservation of stay

The deposit can be canceled in the amount of 90% within 4 weeks before the start of the stay and the deposit falls completely 10 days before the start of the stay.

The number of accommodated persons must not change during the stay, with the exception of personal agreement with the owner of the accommodation facility

In this case, the stay of these persons will be charged with a 50%increase in stay

A deposit of 1000CZK is required on boarding

The deposit returns in full when the stay is terminated unless there has been damage to the property
