General terms and conditions for renting an object

These general conditions regulate mutual contractual relations between the operator of the accommodation facility Chaloupka U Babičky, 687 41 Hostějov 24 and the customer.

Contractual relationship between the accommodation operator

device and the customer is created by crediting the advance payment to the operator's account below

This is done on the basis of a written electronic order duly completed by the customer, sent via the contact form or by e-mail and confirmed by the accommodation representative

By sending the order, the customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the price, payment and cancellation conditions

The customer who sent this order is responsible for the contractual obligations of other persons in the group

The prices are listed including VAT of 15% and can be viewed in the price list

The cottage is rented as a whole, max

12 people, filling the accommodation capacity is not a condition, but the full price is always paid

The owner does not stay in the building, but can come during the stay to make sure that the accommodation conditions are being met!

Cleaning: Guests are responsible for routine cleaning, when handing over the cottage, an amount of CZK 800 is charged for final cleaning.

Order: The accommodation facility accepts written orders sent via

contact form or order calendar or by e-mail

In the case of a telephone order, the guests will be informed immediately whether the requested date is free and, if so, the telephone order must be confirmed in writing (e-mail, letter)

After ordering, half of the amount is paid to account number 123-1632000257/0100

Cancellation conditions: In case of withdrawal of the customer from the contract, this can be done without notice

Cancellation of the stay 2 to 0 days before the start of the stay - a fee of 100% of the total amount for the stay

In the event that the customer does not arrive and does not occupy the pre-ordered accommodation capacity within 24 hours of the start of the stay, we also charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount for the stay, payments and the stay are canceled without compensation

This does not apply if the customer notifies the accommodation provider in advance by phone or in writing about the later start of the stay

Other conditions:

If the customer decides to end his stay before the agreed departure date, he is not entitled to any compensation.

The accommodation facility requires the payment of cancellation fees even in the case of serious or extraneous reasons

For this purpose, individual insurance against cancellation fees can be arranged and compensation can be claimed from the relevant insurance company

The customer is obliged to:

Observe and follow the general terms and conditions for stays in the Chaloupka U Babičky accommodation facility

The customer (guest) bears all responsibility for the stay in the cottage, on the terrace, in the garden, in the outbuilding and in the use of all the equipment inside and outside, as well as the swimming pool, fireplace and game elements

In case of gross violation of these conditions, the accommodation provider is entitled to immediately terminate the stay of the entire group, while the customer is not entitled to any compensation

In the event of discovering or causing serious faults or malfunctions during the stay, which would prevent the trouble-free use of the object, the customer is obliged to notify the accommodation provider immediately in order to prevent possible damage to the property and to arrange a remedy in sufficient time before the arrival of new customers - otherwise the operator will claim financial compensation for the damage or lost profit

There is a strict ban on smoking, the use of open flames (except for tiled stoves) and the throwing of cigarette butts around the property, except in designated areas, in the entire accommodation facility.

Non-compliance with these regulations, as well as arbitrarily increasing the number of people in the object during the stay without the knowledge of the operator, or the discovery of intentional damage or destruction of the rented premises or equipment, is considered a gross violation of the accommodation

Any damage or destruction of the rented premises or its equipment, the customer is obliged to report at the end of the stay to the accommodation provider and pay the damage at his own expense immediately on the spot or it will be deducted from the security deposit if no major damage is caused

It is forbidden to move the furniture and other equipment of the cottage without the express consent of the host

Legal representatives are responsible for the movement and safety of children in full inside the accommodation and in all adjacent outdoor areas such as the terrace, garden, trampoline, pool, fireplace, etc.

Extra care should be taken when using the trampoline

Only one child may enter the trampoline at a time under the supervision of a responsible person

Maintain order in the entire building, sort waste.

In the winter season, take care of cleaning the snow yourself.
