Romantic cottage right next to the Ottawa River with 2 separate apartments and a large fenced garden

The holiday home has a separate entrance and an entrance through the garden (towards the river) and is separated from the rest of the classic South Bohemian farmhouse by a locked door to the inner courtyard

From the garden, you enter a spacious 30m² corridor, from which there is an entrance to the lower apartment and further up the stairs to the door to the second apartment

Each apartment is thus completely independent, it has its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet

The upper apartment has a beautiful view and also has air conditioning

The place is very suitable for sports activities (bicycle, in-line skating, netball, tennis, fitness, running, swimming...

).

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: 1) country apartment (original equipment, ground floor with a terrace and a view of the garden and fields) - 45m², 1+kk, 3 beds on the stove + 1x extra bed

2) modern apartment (1st floor with a view of the river and the dam) - 50 m², 3+kk, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds + 1 x extra bed, air conditioning.

Sanitary facilities: 2 x bathroom with shower and toilet

Water heating in an electric boiler (each apartment has its own boiler).

Heating: On the ground floor, heating with a wood-burning stove

1st floor heat pump heating/air conditioning.

Transportation, parking: Parking is either on the municipal lot in front of the house or directly in the locked garden.

Self-catering only.

Cottage furnishings

2 x fully equipped kitchens - fridge, microwave, automatic coffee machine, hob, dishes, cutlery...

We don't have an oven, dishwasher or washing machine.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The recreation fee to the village is 30 CZK per person per day and is charged separately.

The price includes electricity of 100 kWh/week for each apartment separately, i.e

a total of 200 kWh

Additional electricity consumption is for an additional charge of 10 CZK/kWh.

Accommodation is exclusively for families with children, the owner reserves the right to refuse applicants without sufficient references.

Payment of the full price in advance by transfer to account 847840013/0800 at the time of booking

Cancellation 50% up to 30 days before the start of the stay, later 100%.

IN CASE OF CLOSING ORDERED BY COVID DURING THE PAID STAY, WE WILL REFUND 100% OF THE PRICE ON THE DAY OF THE PLANNED START OF THE STAY.

Deposit of CZK 2,000 collected upon arrival

Payment to the company on an invoice is possible (the invoice is issued by the company

DKDK s.r.o

+ VAT).

Possible payment through benefits (SODEXO PASS, etc.)

The price includes accommodation+bed linen+firewood (1 basket)+energy

The price does not include cleaning (in the case of non-cleaning, an additional charge of CZK 700) and without food.

Beautiful swimming in the clean river right next to the house or at the weir 100m away.

Parking cars without problems on the meadow in front of the house.

Bicycle parking in a locked room.

The 600m2 garden is fenced and only you have access.
