We have built your second home on the edge of the forest near the windmill and the Světlík pond (ideal for fishermen), where you can relax and play undisturbed.

Our luxury wooden building built at the end of 2020 as part of Bohemian Homes (three separate, fenced houses). It stands on piles up to 1.5 m above the ground with a huge covered terrace and is an ideal place for romantic weekends and family holidays. The all-glass walls from the front and side of the house are unique, offering beautiful views of the surroundings. From the comfort of the couch, you can watch the sunsets and the crackling fire in the fireplace. Ideal location for trips to the beautiful surroundings of Bohemian Switzerland and the Lusatian Mountains, which offers many opportunities for hiking and biking. The popular bike path is right behind the house. Adrenalin park Jedlová, swimming pool and sports centers are only 5 minutes drive, as well as ski slopes with cross-country trails.

We provide a stylish interior, where you will find everything you need for a pleasant living in privacy. You can have breakfast and barbecue in the evening on the spacious terrace, as well as the surrounding garden on the edge of the forest (600m²) with hammocks, a relaxation area with a stream and a fireplace for grilling. Of course there is also private parking for 2 cars. Dogs are welcome with us for a fee of 500 CZK per stay.

NOVELTY!!! New luxury barrel sauna and whirlpool for up to 6 people overlooking the valley. Everything is open all year round right by a private stream on the edge of the forest. A bathing barrel with a massage whirlpool with a temperature of up to 40 ° C will ensure you romantic relaxation in any weather. Our wellness is shared for all 3 houses and is already included in the price.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The house with a size of 75m² offers in addition to 2 bedrooms in the living room also a sofa bed designed for everyday sleeping - a full double bed.

The 1st room is a double with a glass wall, which offers a beautiful view of the valley.

2nd room is triple - bunk bed - 140x200 downstairs and 90x200 upstairs. Ideal for children.

Sanitary facilities: The house has a modern bathroom with shower, heated floor, toilet and bathroom cabinet with sink. Washing machine available in the adjoining utility room.

Heating: The house is heated by underfloor heating, infrared panel and for romantic evenings is equipped with a fireplace.

Transportation, parking: There are 2 parking spaces available at the building. Accessibility by car is very easy.

Dining

It is possible to order a breakfast basket with local products (CZK 200 / person).

Cottage furnishings

Modern kitchenette - el. stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster. Sufficient utensils, cutlery and other kitchen utensils for comfortable cooking. There is drinking water in the whole building.

Common room (living room) - folding dining table, chairs, sofa bed, large closet, library, large Smart TV with Netflix and fireplace.

Outdoor facilities - large covered terrace with comfortable seating and barbecue. Outside there is a fireplace with benches, a fire grill and a toasting fork.

There is also a washer and dryer.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

A deposit of 50% of the 5-day stay is payable upon booking. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be canceled automatically.

14 days before arrival, a supplement of the stay, a deposit of 2000 CZK and recreational fees (15 CZK / adult / day) are paid. WELLNESS (barrel sauna and whirlpool) IS FULLY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF STAY.

Pets (only small and medium breeds) are welcome for 500 CZK / stay - the land is fenced. Wi-Fi, bed linen + towels are free. Electricity and wood are already included. 10% discount for stays over 7 days out of high season.

Possibility of accommodation all year round. Weekend, New Year's Eve, Christmas stays. In the summer months (July, August) only weekly stays can be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is at any time after 3 p.m. The key is always in the safebox on the terrace of the house, so you can arrive even late. Check-out is until 10 am.
