Cottage Domek Maxov

The Maxov house is from 1931, but it doesn't look like it, as it has undergone many renovations in the past years

From the beginning it was not a traditional log house, but a brick house of the First Republic

The house is located on the southern slope of the Maxovsky ridge

Beautifully sunny during good weather

The house has three floors, so you will find plenty of privacy in it

The garden is oriented to the south and west

A dirt road leads around the garden, so you are not threatened by direct traffic

Outdoor seating is available in the front garden

There are several stairs leading to the main entrance and even when moving around the house you will always come across one to three steps, so the house is not suitable for someone with impaired mobility

In the immediate vicinity are traditional log cabins, mostly used for recreation

Not far from the house are meadows and a forest full of blueberries, raspberries and other forest fruits

Part of the garage is intended for storing bicycles, strollers, skis, sledges and other items for outdoor activities.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are three bedrooms in the house

The first bedroom is on the ground floor behind the living room

Contains one double bed and one single bed

On the first floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a larger storage room

The third bedroom is in the attic with very steep stairs (full sewing room) and contains two single beds

On the ground floor there is also a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, hallway, hall, bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet behind the kitchen.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom contains a boiler, a bathtub, a sink and a toilet

Behind the kitchen is a second toilet with a sink.

Heating: Heating is a central electric boiler.

Transportation, parking: It is possible to park one car right next to the house

In the case of smaller cars, up to two cars

However, we have a parking lot 100m from the house for enough cars.

There are several restaurants in the vicinity

The nearest restaurant, U Hrocha and U Toníčka, is about 700 m from the church

Lookout tower and restaurant Bramberk 2 km

Restaurant Na Vyhlídka 1.5 km

Beautiful restaurant Prezidentská Chata and Královka 5 km

The nearest shops are in Josefov Dola, Lučany nad Nisou and Smržovka, then Jablonec nad Nisou.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a microwave oven, common dishes, a double sink.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

A deposit is required upon arrival

The deposit for the weekend is CZK 2,000 and for the week CZK 5,000.

Energy is paid separately according to consumption

At full capacity, consumption in winter can be up to NOK 900/day.

A deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is required.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of the reservation 10 days before arrival 40% of the deposit for the stay.

Cancellation of the reservation 5 days before arrival 60% of the deposit for the stay.

Cancellation of the reservation 3 days before arrival 100% of the deposit for the stay.

Pet 300/day.

Stays in the summer and winter season are from 4 nights

The week is from Sunday to Sunday

A weekend in the summer and winter season can only be booked when the week is not full.
