The cottage is only rented as a whole - therefore you are guaranteed complete privacy

In winter, you put on cross-country skis and the Jizerská highway is maintained directly under the cottage, from which you can get to Tobogán, Královka, Nova louka, Kristiánov and the ridges of the Jizerské hory

Families with children will appreciate the access from the cottage directly to the meadow, which allows for year-round enjoyment - in winter on bobsleds and sleds in summer and in autumn (if it has already been mowed) for example for ball games or flying a kite

The surroundings of the house are absolutely ideal for the undisturbed and free movement of children in nature

In the summer months, Horní Maxov is sought after as a starting destination for cycling and hiking trips along the ridges of the Jizera Mountains

Mushroom pickers will appreciate the location of the cottage right next to the forest

The Malá Strana Nature Reserve is the most valuable complex of wetland and peaty mountain meadows in the Jizera Mountains.

Bedrooms and rooms: Each person has their own full size bed

The house has a total of five rooms, two on the ground floor and three in the attic

Ground floor: Room I

- 1x double bed, 1x bunk bed (rather for children up to 80 kg)

Room II

- 1x double bed, 1x single bed

Room V

- 1x double bed, 2x single bed

A travel cot can be rented

Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a table

Quality bed linen and towels

There is a living room and a dining room, children will appreciate the game room with table football and children's billiards, or board games and toys.

Sanitary facilities: The sanitary facilities correspond to the size of the cottage, there are 3 toilets and 2 showers

Hot water is provided by electricity

Heating: An automatic pellet boiler takes care of heating the house and heating the water.

Transportation, parking: Access to the building is via a local unpaved road

Parking is possible approx. 30 meters from the building for 4 cars

In the winter season, the owner maintains the driveway with a milling machine.

The price includes heating of the building, final cleaning

The price does not include a local fee of CZK 20/day/person over 18 years old

Electricity is billed separately, according to actual consumption - 6.5 CZK/kWh (approximate consumption - approx. 700 - 1500 CZK per week)

Payment of 50% for reservation within 7 working days

days after ordering, 50% no later than 14 days before arrival

Refundable deposit CZK 3,000 (returned within 72 hours after returning the object to the guest's account)

Cancellation terms:

We always calculate the cancellation fee from the paid amount of the stay.

In case of cancellation, we refund - 100% longer than 1 month

before starting, 50% less than 1 month before starting, 0% up to two weeks before starting.
