In the Krkonoše Mountains, in Horní Maršov, we have prepared accommodation for you in traditional Krkonoše style

Together with us, local craftsmen Adam Strakoš, Martin Kos, Jirka Odvárka, Jirka Bláha and Milan Drahník participated in the construction of Chalupa MODŘÍN

When building the cottage, we used traditional methods and local materials, which we enriched with modern technology

We put great emphasis on high-quality and tastefully processed details that create a cozy and pleasant atmosphere of a mountain cottage

Cottage Modřín is equipped with stylish wooden furniture and blacksmith accessories

The pleasant atmosphere is enhanced by traditional attic tiles and larch floors on the upper floor

There is a TV and wireless WiFi internet connection

We enriched the traditional Krkonoše cottage with modern heating and control technologies

Cottage MODŘÍN, Horní Maršov is rented as a whole and provides accommodation in traditional Krkonoše style for 1 to 16 people in 4 rooms, plus the option of 2 - 4 people on extra beds.

Bedrooms and rooms: ROOM: The spacious lounge offers quiet sitting under the wooden ceilings and creates a relaxed and carefree atmosphere

It is equipped with a high-quality tiled stove that illuminates and warms the living room even in the coldest weather

There are grab bars and clothes dryers around the stove

KITCHEN: Seamlessly connects to the living room and will allow the cook to have pleasant contact with friends at the table

It is fully and modernly equipped

Fridge, dishwasher, oven, glass ceramic hob, quality press, kettle, 16 sets of crockery, pots and glassware

ROOMS: In the attic there are four bedrooms with a total accommodation capacity of 16 beds, plus the possibility of 2 - 4 people on extra beds

HAMBÁLKA can be equipped with several extra beds on request, suitable for a group of restless children

HALLWAY: Behind the main entrance is a hallway with benches and clothes hangers

SKI ROOM - BIKE ROOM: Next to the corridor there is a room for storing skis, boots and bikes

It is also ready to dry wet things

PANTRY: There is also a spacious pantry in the hallway for food storage.

Sanitary facilities: In the lower part of the cottage there is a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower

On the upper floor there is a second bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a separate toilet.

Heating: The entire cottage can be heated with a tiled stove

Floor heating is installed in the living room, hallway, ski storage room and bathrooms

Very practical and pleasant when returning from bad weather

There are radiators in the rooms

The bathrooms are also equipped with electricity

Transportation, parking: Parking: 4 - 5 cars, directly on the property and under the supervision of cameras

Access road: The cottage is located on the edge of the village

The village has many restaurants, shops and a pleasant wine shop and cheese shop

The nearest restaurant is right next to the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price is calculated for 16 people

Additional persons CZK 350/day.

Prices include VAT and do not include local taxes.

Recreation fee to the village CZK 25 / person per night (persons 18 - 70 years old), children under 18 free

Payment for electricity - the entire building - actual consumption, the difference between the initial and final state on the electricity meter - price per 1 kwh - VT - 5 CZK and NT - 6 CZK.

Other fees: a fee for wood for heating in the fireplace, we charge CZK 150 per day of stay outside the summer season

Use of the tap 400 CZK per stay, dog fee 100 CZK/day, Sauna 500 CZK for one use.

Refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 for a harmless stay.

Possibility of 4 extra beds on bunk beds (sleeping for children).
