The cottage is located in the village of Horní Malá Úpa at an altitude of 1000 m in the middle of a meadow with beautiful views of the surrounding beautiful countryside. The cottage is after a complete demanding reconstruction. The interior is equipped with painted furniture, solid wood furniture and a tiled stove in the living room. Everything is tuned in the old style and at the same time to meet the requirements of contemporary life.
The cottage has a convenient location. It is 600 m away from the village center, but 1.3 ha of its own land guarantees absolute privacy and peace for spending free time. It is located 150 m from the main road and is easily accessible in the summer and winter months.
Bedrooms and rooms: Our rooms are double, triple and quadruple. In two rooms there are also beds on the floor (suitable for children, 3 to 4 beds). All rooms have their own bathroom. The rooms are equipped with solid and painted furniture, are cozy and functional at the same time.
Sanitary facilities: Each room has its own bathroom - shower / toilet.
Heating: The cottage is heated by a tiled stove with an exchanger with the possibility of switching to an electric boiler.
Own - there is a fully equipped spacious kitchen. Restaurants and shops approx. 600m on Pomezní bouda.

The price is set for 12 people on fixed beds per week or weekend. Each additional person on an extra bed (sleeping upstairs - suitable for children) 350, - / day. Max up to 18 people.
The price is final, including electricity, water consumption.
The term is fully booked after paying 30% of the price per stay. Surcharge for the price of the stay before arrival cashless.
Stay minimum. 3 nights
In case of cancellation no later than 30 days before arrival, we will refund the reservation fee.
