If you want to spend your free time in nature, look at pets, participate in the season or just pass, we offer accommodation in stylish year -round habitable old village cottage made

The cottage is fully equipped with mainly period furniture and provides 3 double beds and 3 separate beds in three bedrooms

There is also a common room with stoves, kitchen and bathroom with toilet

Guests are available with their own grassed land with brick outdoor seating with a fireplace

For children here we have a trampoline and sandpit with a kitchen

The house is over 100 years old and despite our maximum effort.

It is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

Bedrooms and rooms: The first bedroom is located in the attic

There are 3 beds and 1 double bed

In the second attic bedroom there is one double bed

On the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet, kitchen and behind the kitchen is the third bedroom with double bed

Furthermore, there is a separate common room in the cottage.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom has a bath, sink, toilet and washing machine.

Heating: In the cottage it is possible to heat 2 fireplace stoves or central heating for gas.

Transportation, parking: Parking is in front of the cottage

There is a fully equipped kitchen

In 2km distant Kralice nad Oslavou is a grocery store and basic drugstore goods, a pub and a restaurant where you can have a midday menu

Penny shopping 6 km away is possible.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator and all kitchen utensils

There's a TV in the kitchen

There is a connection to WiFi throughout the object.

Price for cottage:

Each additional guest extra 300CZK/night

Children under 2 years of age free

pet - females - 100CZK/night (dogs -buckets for increased zero contact control - we have a crazy French bulldog)

During the holidays we also rent - week stays - from Saturday to Saturday

In the number of guests up to 5 persons: 15000CZK/cottage/week

In the number of guests up to 9 persons: 17000CZK/cottage/week

Further information:

The house is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

The price includes bedding and towels and energy.

Cancellations: Reservation deposit for accommodation is 50% of the total price - the deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation of the order min 30 days before boarding

When you cancel the reservation within 14 days before starting, 50% of the deposit will be returned, and the deposit is irreversible with later cancellation

Home Rules:

Arrival after 3 pm on the day of start, departure within 11 o'clock on the day of departure

We will hand over the house tidy and okay and we believe that we will take it from you and take it from you and

3.Pobyt with female is allowed - the price for the female is 1 female 100 CZK per night + possible damage after fence by appointment

(Dogs-unfortunately we can't accommodate we have a crazy French bulldog)
