591), within reach of the ski areas Rališka and Solisko

The cottage is situated in a semi-secluded area in the immediate vicinity of the forest

In winter, enthusiasts of all winter sports such as skiing and cross-country skiing will be especially happy here

In the hot summer, you will certainly like to cool off in the local dam, which will also be appreciated by fishing enthusiasts

You can also go for a hike, either on foot or by bike, pick a few mushrooms or blueberries and perhaps end the day by a campfire or an outdoor fireplace and some dumplings

In 2021, a complete reconstruction of the cottage took place (insulation, replacement of windows, new bathroom and toilet, repair of the interior and purchase of new furniture, improvement of the surroundings of the cottage)

The cottage provides accommodation for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: 1x double room

The entire ground floor of the house is made in a stylish Wallachian spirit with elements of modern technology

In addition, the entire ground floor is wheelchair-accessible, allowing the movement of people in wheelchairs!

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (electric

stove, microwave, kettle, crockery, fridge, large dining table with chairs), there is LED TV and the possibility to cook in the fireplace

On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe

The newly built bathroom has a sink with a shower, there is also a separate toilet (both are barrier-free!)

Hot water is heated by an electric boiler

Drinking water is from the public water supply

On the ground floor there is also a "Wallachian Barn", this is a room equipped in the Wallachian style with a modern LED TV, this room can be used, especially in the summer, as a large common room with a sitting area with direct access (large sliding door - gate) to the terrace, where there is an outdoor fireplace with additional seating

Attic: 1x triple room and 1x triple room with an extra bed

You can reach the attic via a comfortable wooden staircase

In the attic there are two rooms for accommodation, a larger one with 3 separate beds with the possibility of one extra bed and a smaller one for 3 people (double bed and single bed)

Both rooms have wardrobes, a bedside table with a lamp

There is also a separate toilet with a small sink in the attic.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor: separate toilet and separate bathroom with sink and shower (both wheelchair accessible), in the attic: separate toilet with small sink

Hot water is provided by an electric boiler.

Heating: The building is heated by electric direct heaters and is supplemented by a fireplace on the ground floor with hot air distribution heating the bedrooms in the attic.

Transportation, parking: Parking is provided right next to the cottage for up to 4 cars, in the winter when there is more snow, we recommend using snow chains or leaving the car on the maintained municipal road about 100 meters below the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The listed prices for accommodation include consumed electricity, you do not pay anything for electricity!

The listed prices do not include the municipality's recreation (accommodation) fee of CZK 20/person/night (applies to persons over 18 years old)

In the summer months of 07.08, we prefer week-long stays MON-SAT, arrival at the cottage preferably between 12-2pm on the day of arrival by prior arrangement or otherwise, end of stay by 10am on the day of departure.

A deposit for the stay of approx. 3,000 CZK is paid by bank transfer within 14 days after confirmation of the reservation.

On the day of arrival, we collect in cash a supplement for the stay, a recreation fee to the municipality and, at our discretion, a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 for any damage or pollution of the building and the garden.

If the reservation is canceled within 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Well-behaved small pets (dog, cat) can only be accommodated by agreement for CZK 50/day - only on the ground floor of the building.

The accommodation price includes electricity consumption, preparation of clean sheets, bedding according to the number of people, tea towel, jar, toiletries, cleaning products

We change shoes in the cottage, so bring your home shoes
