Our accommodation in the middle of the hill is located on the edge of the village of Holenice

Although the village is situated in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise near Jičín, there is peace, there are no crowds of tourists

Is on the half -samot

We have about 200 m to the nearest neighbors

It is surrounded by a garden, pastures, a bit above us is a forest

For guests we modified part of the cottage with an area of ​​110m² and built a separate entrance with a small terrace and a beautiful forged railing from the local blacksmith

This created an apartment with its own entry for guests: 3 rooms, large modern kitchen with living space and stove, 3xWC, 2xpery room

Directly from the cottage we see the other side of the valley where the alley leads to the local Lípa with the bench

When we sit on the bench at the highest point of our garden, we can enjoy the dominant of the Bohemian Paradise, the debris

Looking from the terrace of our wells is very romantic and listening to whisper water is again relaxing

The surroundings are beautiful, although we are in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise, we are not on the hiking road and there is nowhere to go, what to discover

We will be happy to advise local walks and the larger trips, on foot or by bike, of course also

For animal lovers we have good news

Our neighbors will be happy to ride you or your children and willingly show you their "minizoo".

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment has 3 bedrooms, which we named after the local known peaks:

Tabor room (2 beds + 1 bed 170 cm - for a child or smaller figure), private bathroom and toilet

The room is so big that you can put a travel cot in it

Slodge room (2 beds), bathroom and 2xWC shared with room Kozákov

Tiny but comfortable room for couples

Room Kozákov (2 beds + folding double bed with classic mattresses), bathroom and 2xWC shared with the ruins of the debris

It's a typical family room

Is for 2 + 2, but the cot would fit

By closing the door in the corridor, privacy for the ruins of the debris and Kozákov can create

In the rooms we used restored furniture that we completed with new pieces

I think we have created a cozy space and we believe that it will like it.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom and toilet belonging to the Trosky room (shower, sink, towels)

Large bathroom belonging to the rooms of the debris and Kozákov (shower, toilet, double -airplane, towels)

Separate toilet.

Heating: Central heating is introduced in the cottage, in the bathrooms also ladders for electricity, in the kitchen also stoves.

Transportation, parking: The cottage can be reached on an asphalt road, maps

Parking for guests is in the back of the house, at the door to the garden.

The nearest shop can be found in Libuni, about 3 km away

The restaurant is in the same village.

Cottage furnishings

The spacious kitchen is connected to the living area

The kitchen is modernly equipped for comfortable cooking: large fridge, electric disputes with oven, dishwasher, microwave and Tescoma dishes

3 tables that are arranged for 2 + 2 + 4 persons can be assembled as it suits you

The stove is surprised mainly for children, because they will light up the stars in any weather.

We like to lend various board games, dice, kits, books for large and small, petangue, croquet, badminton, slackline, nets, swings, etc.

Info for babies and toddlers: chair to the table, toilet attachment, step to the sink and potty we will be happy to lend.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

While staying 1 - 2 nights:

Room camp: 1 300 CZK/night

Room Kozakov: 1 200 CZK/night

Slodge room: 1 100 CZK/night

While staying on 3 or more nights:

Tabor room: 1 100 CZK/night

Room Cossack: 100 CZK/night

ROOF ROOM: 900 CZK/NIGHT

Prices are for room (2 persons)

Each other person 200 CZK/night (possibility of 1 additional beds in the Tábor room and up to 2 more beds in the ruins of the debris).

Other fees:

Fee for staying municipality: 25 CZK/adult/day (the basis of the fee of stay is the number of commenced days of stay, except for the day of the beginning of your stay.)

Dog fee/night: 100 CZK.

Arrival: Saturday after 3 pm, departure: Saturday to 10:00 am.

The owner usually present in the private part of the house

But the house and the garden are so large that we don't even have to know about each other.

Payment 100 % no later than a month before your stay

In case of cancellation of your stay a month in advance or earlier, we will refund the entire amount, otherwise we will keep a cancellation fee of 50 %.

Other fees, deposit: 25 CZK fee to the municipality for adults/night.
