We offer our cottage for a pleasant stay in the pleasant foothills of the Jeseníky Mountains

The house is after the reconstruction of the interior spaces in order to offer our clients a top-notch, absolutely relaxing, peaceful and dignified environment

As the estate is located in a quiet part of the village of Holčovice, it is ideal for families with children, who can spend time around the house in the garden and vast meadows, ride a bike or in-line skates on a beautiful asphalt road with minimal traffic

The house has a spacious common room with a kitchen and all cooking equipment

Two bedrooms that are equipped with daybeds, a double bed, a sofa set and armchairs

The social background is also completely new

Here you will find a new separate toilet, the second toilet is located in the spacious bathroom, which is equipped with 2 sinks and a large shower

For a pleasant feeling, we will also heat the floor in the bathroom

The second, smaller house serves as an outbuilding and no one lives there

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: A cozy common room with a fully equipped kitchenette with a fireplace and a TV is furnished in a village style

Two bedrooms will serve you to rest and sleep, one of them is furnished with period furniture

Bed linen is a matter of course

The total capacity of the cottage is 9 people with the possibility of an extra bed

A cot and high chair are available for your little ones.

Sanitary facilities: We have prepared a completely new sanitary facility for you, which includes a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom, which is equipped with a spacious shower, two sinks, a toilet and a heating ladder

For your greater comfort, the floor is heated.

Heating: All living and accommodation areas are heated by central heating, which is heated by a gas boiler

There is a fireplace stove in the common room

A basket of wood for heating is included in the price of the stay, additional firewood for an additional fee according to the price list

The bathroom is heated with a heating ladder and underfloor heating.

Transportation, parking: You can get to the cottage by bike, by car or by motorcycle along the little-frequented asphalt access road

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals

There is a general store and a restaurant in the village.

Cottage furnishings

The cottage is equipped with a kitchen unit with sink, stove, fridge with freezer and microwave oven

All necessary utensils for cooking and dining are also available

You can sit outside by the grill or campfire or use the spaces around the cottage for various sports activities

Cleaning and cleaning products, toilet paper, trash bags, towels 1pc/person are also included in the price of the stay

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Chalet U Josefa is designed for year-round operation

- The deposit for the stay is payable within 3 days from the confirmation of the binding reservation

The amount of the deposit is CZK 10,000/weekly stay, CZK 5,000/weekend stay.

- The rest of the price + a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 will be paid upon arrival

After the end of your stay, the security deposit will be returned to you, reduced by actual energy consumption (electricity, gas), or

for damage caused to the equipment of the cottage

- Bring your own bed for your dog so that he does not sleep in our bed for hygienic reasons

We charge a one-time surcharge of CZK 500 for a dog.

- In the summer season, we only allow weekly stays starting on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. and ending the stay on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Weekend stays possible only outside the summer season (by phone arrangement, individual occupancy possible).

Cancellation of stay:

- 100% of the paid deposit will be refunded within 60 days before the start of the stay,

- 50% of the deposit paid will be returned within 30 days before the start of the stay,

- 20% of the paid deposit will be returned within 14 days before the start of the stay

- if the stay is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit paid is not returned

A basket of chopped wood for heating in the fireplace stove is available free of charge, if necessary, additional wood can be purchased - CZK 50/box

Wood for the campfire - we have some prepared and you can collect the rest in the nearby forest

Briquettes for grilling - we have some, but you'd better bring your own.
