Basement: Wood for heating is stored in the basement, there is enough space to store drinks that will stay chilled in winter and summer
Bicycles, skis or snowboards in winter can be stored in the basement.

It is therefore necessary to set a pass through the Holčovice Jelení point so that the navigation guides you in the right direction
Parking for 3 cars right next to the cottage, in winter parking for cars 150m from the cottage on a paved parking lot.
A fully equipped kitchen enables the preparation of food for the entire staff of the cottage

In the summer, it is possible to have a dining table outside directly on the terrace with a view
If you don`t want to waste time cooking, you can use the restaurant right in the village of Holčovice
Near the restaurant there is also a small shop with friendly staff, which provides most of the basic needs
Within half an hour by car, you can eat in Albrechtice, Vrbno pod Pradědem, Bruntála, Krnov or Jeseník.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
The refundable security deposit is CZK 5,000, paid upon check-in, returned at the end of the stay.
The price of the stay includes electricity 30 kWh for the weekend and 50 kWh for the week.
Otherwise charged at CZK 10.5 per kWh until 31 December 2022. From 1 January 2023, the electricity price capped by the Government of the Czech Republic applies.
Heating in the stove - 2 bags of briquettes/day included in the price of the stay
Otherwise charged - a 25 kg bag of briquettes costs 200 CZK.
On the last day of your stay, you need to clean the cottage
If it is not carried out, the cleaning will be charged and deducted from the deposit (1000 CZK).
