Traditional wooden and stone cottage after complete reconstruction

It is divided into 3 apartments, 2 of which are for rent

Each of the apartments has its own entrance and all equipment - bathroom, toilet, kitchen, TV, parking

The beautiful environment of the foothills of the Eagle Mountains on the edge of a small village is ideal for active and passive relaxation, a holiday with children or with friends, as a base for cycling or cross-country trips, mushroom picking, trips to the nature and sights of the Eagle Mountains

Civilization is easily accessible by car and bus, but the place itself is quiet and, thanks to the abundant trees and bushes in the immediate vicinity, also complete privacy

Sheep and lambs graze directly below the cottage from spring to autumn

Next to the cottage is an aviary with parrots

A great place for bird watching, several booths are posted around the cottage

Seating both under the roof and under the open sky for a large company of people.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Each apartment has a bedroom, a living room transitioning into a kitchen and a dining room

Each apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 adults (in Apartment 1 - Roubenka there are 2 traditional peasant beds ideal for a height of approx. 175 cm, others without restrictions)

An extra bed is possible in each apartment.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, another toilet (flushing, of course) is accessible from the outside without having to take off your shoes or go inside the cottage.

Heating: Central central heating with temperature control in each room

A traditional large tiled stove is available in the Roubenka Apartment, while a fireplace stove is available in the Klenby Apartment.

Transportation, parking: Parking is in front of the barn, which is adjacent to the building

There is enough space to park several cars.

Dining

Own cooking is a requirement

There are restaurants in the surrounding "centre" villages such as Skuhrov, Solnice and then in the nearest towns - Rychnov, Dobruška, Opočno.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchens are equipped with a cooking center, convection oven, grill, microwave oven and kettle, Apartment Roubenka also has a dishwasher, Apartment Klenby has a washing machine and a dryer.

Both apartments have their own large fridge (family capacity)

WiFi and TV are available.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The object can be rented as a whole (both apartments) or each apartment separately.

The price for one apartment is half of the price for the whole building.

For an extra charge of 5,000 CZK, it is possible to block the second apartment even with a smaller number of people and thus have the cottage all to yourself.

The owner of the building reserves the right to enter the non-public part of the building (3

apartment that is not intended for rent), after prior notice.
