Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 8 people in 3+1 bedrooms

There are 6 beds, 2 extra beds (separate bedroom, bed size 2.5x2.5m) and one extra bed on the stove, so it is possible to comfortably accommodate families with children or groups of friends, with enough privacy on two separate floors.

Approximately 180m² of floor space includes 4 separate double rooms (three with a double bed, one with two separate beds), a living room, a kitchen with a dining room.

Sanitary facilities: 2 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with bath and shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating.

Heating: TC, underfloor heating

Fireplace stoves are only decorative, they cannot be used for heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage

Possibility of four parking spaces.

This is sufficient for the normal use of the cottage

If the limit is exceeded, we charge CZK 5 per kWh.

In the high season, the cottages can only be rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday

In other periods we allow flexible arrival and departure days with a minimum stay of 2/3 nights

Weekend is Saturday Sunday.

Arrival at 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m., can be adjusted by arrangement.

Strict ban on the stay of undeclared persons!

We do not accept noisy celebrations and parties.

When reserving the cottage, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid

You pay the remaining 50% of the total amount a week before arrival.

The deposit is CZK 3,000.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

cancellation of the stay more than a month before arrival - refund of 100% of the deposit

cancellation of the stay one to three weeks before arrival - refund of 70% of the deposit

cancellation of the stay three weeks to one week before arrival - refund of 50% of the deposit

cancellation of stay a week or less before arrival - the deposit is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.

The entire building is strictly non-smoking!
