Cottage Heřmanka

Cottage Heřmanka is located in a small village Heřmanice u Králik, which is situated in a picturesque valley below the Kralický Sněžník massif. It is a completely renovated 2nd floor building, set in a wooded hillside. The cottage has one covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace overlooking the pastures and the flowing stream and one open terrace overlooking the wooded valley. The building has its own driveway and parking is possible for 4 cars directly at the building.

In the immediate vicinity there is the ski resort Dolní Morava and Červená Voda, the town of Králíky with a famous place of pilgrimage: Hedeč Monastery, military museum and much more.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the 1st floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace connected together with a spacious kitchen. There is also a smaller room (directly adjacent to the covered terrace) with a capacity of 2 adults and a child. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom with shower.

2nd floor contains one smaller duplex bedroom with a capacity of 3 to 4 people downstairs and 2 people upstairs. This bedroom has access to an outdoor covered terrace. There is also a larger duplex bedroom with a capacity of 6 to 8 people downstairs and 2 people upstairs. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a spacious bath, separate toilet and laundry and drying area.

Sanitary facilities: On the first floor there is one separate toilet, bathroom with shower, sink and mirror and ladder heating. On the second floor there is again a separate toilet, bathroom with spacious bath, sink and ladder heating.

Heating: The building is heated by a fireplace insert, where the fuel is wood. This insert heats the radiators and the storage tank, which keeps you warm during the night. This tank is also heated by electric spirals, but it is a more durable variant ... The upper bedroom also heats the hot air ducts from the fireplace.

Transportation, parking: An access road dimensioned for a truck leads to the building. There is a parking lot for 3 to 4 cars right next to the building. It is also possible to park cars on the driveway, which can accommodate 4 more cars.

Dining

There is a farm right in the village, a 5-minute walk away, where fresh milk and cheese are sold daily. In case of interest, it is possible to arrange breakfast delivery from this amazing farm :-) Even closer is the guest house where you cook. We recommend the restaurant Kačenka u Kláštera Hedeč, excellent home cooking!

Cottage furnishings

The living room is equipped with a fireplace, table, leather sofa and a large flat-screen TV with more than 100 channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishwasher (cutlery and plates, glasses are a matter of course). There is also a washer and dryer in the building.

The bedrooms are equipped with beds with comfortable new mattresses and wardrobes.

The terrace (lower) has an outdoor fireplace and seating area. The upper terrace has a seating area.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is in operation all year round, except for maintenance work (info at the contacts listed).

Payment is made by bank transfer with a deposit of CZK 15,000 (high season) / CZK 13,000 (low season) no later than two weeks before the planned and booked stay.

Payment is also made by transfer / deposit to the account (due to EET) with credit to our account no later than the day of arrival. The price of el. energy according to actual consumption and a fee of CZK 100 per person per water / stay.

A deposit of CZK 2,000 is required before arrival (can be used to pay for electricity and water). The deposit is returned in case of a harmless course. In the case of the number of accommodated under 10 people, the price is negotiable. The sauna and whirlpool are charged 1000 CZK / day of use or 3500 CZK per week.
