Cottage Jindřichovice

The cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Háj u Jindřichovic, which is located near the spa towns of Karlovy Vary (approx. 18 km), Františkovy Lázně (approx. 48 km) and Mariánské Lázně (approx. 52 km). Due to its location, it is possible to take a number of very beautiful trips to the surrounding area. In winter, a number of ski areas are within 20 km: Skiareal - Bublava, Skiareal - Plešivec, Klínovec - Novako, Neklid, Jáchymov - Náprava, Merklín.

The village of Háj is set 1.5 km from the main road leading from Sokolov to Kraslice, leading to the Federal Republic of Germany. (border about 15 km).

The cottage has a lounge with billiards and bar, TV and satellite, kitchen, dining room and three rooms with a total capacity of 12 beds. There is a shared bathroom on each floor. For small visitors we have a nice children's corner.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 bedrooms with a total capacity of 12 beds.

The first room has 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 fixed beds)

The second room is also quadruple (1 double bed, 2 fixed beds) and it is possible to go through this room to the third bedroom. This room also has 4 beds (1 double bed and a double sofa bed).

Sanitary facilities: The ground floor has a bathroom and 2 toilets. This bathroom has a shower and 2 washbasins. On the first floor you will find the second bathroom.

Heating: Central heating throughout the building - heat pump. In the living room there is a fireplace, which can also be used to heat the house using hot air distribution. Wood and wood briquettes for a fee.

Transportation, parking: You can drive directly to the building, there is plenty of parking space. In winter, we definitely recommend winter tires or chains. Our roads are regularly dug in the winter. We will be happy to inform you of the current situation by telephone or e - mail before your arrival.

Dining

There is a kitchen with dining area (4 seats) and a dining room (8 seats). The kitchen is new, has a ceramic hob, el. oven, dishwasher, kettle). The nearest restaurant can be found in Jindřichovice or Dolní Niva, where village parties are held regularly.

Cottage furnishings

All rooms are newly furnished. There are carpets in the rooms, the children's corner and the hallway on the first floor.

You can use our large modern kitchen, where in addition to common equipment (2x refrigerator, freezer, electric watering can, etc.) you will also find a dishwasher, ceramic hob, hot air oven, toaster and microwave.

There is also a common room with a sofa, fireplace, minibar, TV and satellite and billiards. Upon agreement, we can provide you with a keg of beer and cooling.
