The cottage "U ZTRACENÉHO KOCOUR" is located in a semi-secluded area behind the village of Fryšava under Žáková hora, in the middle of the tourist and recreational area Žďárské vrchy, 12 km from the town of Žďár nad Sázavou
It is a former farm, adapted for recreational purposes
The cottage stands on a large separate plot of land near a forest and a pond
There is a private tennis/volleyball court and a sauna.
Bedrooms and rooms: For rent are two separate apartments (mono and bilo) in the attic and common areas in the reconstructed part of the cottage with their own entrance
Each apartment is designed for 4 people with the possibility of using an extra bed.
Sanitary facilities: The apartments consist of a kitchen and living room, a sleeping floor, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet
They are equipped with new, modern furniture.
Heating: central Gas
Transportation, parking: Parking at the building, availability in winter is not guaranteed, number of parking spaces 20.
There are two restaurants in the village and many others within a radius of 2 km (Kadov, Medlov, Tři studně)
Grocery store and general merchandise in the village approx. 300m.
Each apartment has its own kitchen equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, electric kettle, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and appropriate kitchen and dining utensils.
