It was built around 1890.
Today it is completly renovated, but still in the spirit of the original building.
The sensitive reconstruction preserves the atmosphere and gives you comfort.
The cottage stands separately on a fenced land, but is in the middle of the village
So you really have everything you would need nearby.
Behind the cottage is river Fryšávka and it is so clean that the more attentive there in a little luck will see river crayfish.
Just a few steps to the store, for beer, as well as on the advent of cross - country trails or trips.
Swimming on Medlov is across the hill and the pond Sykovec is just a little further

Parking at the cottage can be up to 5 cars, a little further there is a public parking lot.
The garden is fenced and there is a grill zone with a beer faucet, a grill, fireplace and a sandpit for children.
The center of the cottage is a common room where even 20 people settle without any problems.
Includes kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.
A spacious pantry will serve as a place to store food.
For an even more intense cottage atmosphere you can flood in the stove.
Directly in the common room we have prepared a children`s corner equipped with toys and games that will entertain not only children.
Accommodation is in four bedrooms where you can comfortably place the baby cots.
For the well - being of the accommodation it is possible to use 3 bathrooms (1 bath, 2x shower), 4x toilet
For greater comfort when staying with children, you will find in addition to the children`s corner also 1 children`s dining chair, 1x reduction to the toilet, 2x step to the sink and by appointment wooden cot with dimensions 120 x 60 including mattress and bedding.
The cottage provides enough storage space
Bicycles, scooters, skis or cross - country skis can be locked or stored directly in the back room of the cottage that serves as a ski room.
A new public playground is available at a distance of about 100m and is located next to the pleasant restaurant Stanice lyžařů.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave.
The outdoor space is equipped with grill, fire place, tap, sandpit and hot tub.

Payment Terms and Conditions:
When creating a reservation, 60% of the total accommodation price is paid as a deposit
The remaining 40 % are payable no later than 14 days before joining accommodation
In the case of booking in a period of less than 14 days before the commencement of accommodation, a 100% price is required.
Recreational fee:
35,- CZK per person per day
Payment for energy consumption:
The rental price includes a common electricity consumption of 30 kWh/day (heating and water heating with an electric boiler), for electricity consumption above this frame will be charged 9,- CZK for 1 kWh.
Water consumption is already included in the price.
Children accommodation:
Small children who do not yet need their own bed are free of charge.
By appointment we will be happy to prepare 1 cot (120x60) including mattress and bedding.
The price of the rental is already included any wood consumption for heating in the stove.
Upon receipt of the building, a refundable deposit of 5000 CZK in cash that is returned at the end of the stay after checking the building
Cancel Conditions:
If the reservation is canceled 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded in full.
When the reservation is canceled 14-29 days before arrival, 50 % of the deposit will be returned.
When the reservation is canceled 0-13 days before arrival, the amount is forfeited in full.
The owners reserve the right to change the prices and the above conditions.
