Chalupa ev. No. 1029 is located in a small and quiet settlement Svatonina Lhota near the town of Frymburk. The advantage of the location is the minimum distance from interesting tourist places and at the same time the location outside the main tourist traffic.

It is a building on a slightly sloping plot at an altitude of 800 m above sea level with a basement accessible from the ground, with a ground floor and attic. In the basement there are technical rooms with the possibility of storing sports equipment. The ground floor is entered from the upper part of the plot, which is accessible by stairs from the entrance to the basement. At the entrance there is a covered terrace, from which you enter the hallway and then the rooms on the ground floor (bathroom, toilet, kitchen with living room, bedroom). The stairs lead to the attic (3 bedrooms, toilet). From the ground floor it is possible to go down the stairs to the basement.

Near the cottage is a pond (non-swimming) and a playground - swings.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: In the attic there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a cot. On the ground floor there is one bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (length 180 cm) and a single bed. There is also a living room with a sofa on the ground floor.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom (shower, sink) and toilet on the ground floor, toilet with sink in the attic.

Heating: Central heating with automatic wood pellet boiler located in the basement.

Hot water heating in a combined boiler (heating, electricity).

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly at the building for several vehicles (approx. 3).

Arrival from the main road on the local road.

Dining

Own in the equipped kitchen or in restaurants in Frymburk (2.5 km).

Cottage furnishings

Outside the building, it is possible to use the adjacent land, on which there is a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, microwave, kettle, refrigerator (fridge 170l + freezer 45l), utensils (pots, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery). The living room has a dining table and a seating area with a TV. There is a satellite TV. There is WiFi in the building. There is a handy charcoal grill (without charcoal).

Operation all year round. Possibility of accommodation for a week (or for a weekend).

The price includes: stay Sat - Sat, ie 7 nights (or Fri - ie 2 nights), el. energy up to 50 kW, water and wood consumption for heating, bedding.

Price does not include: municipal fee 20 CZK / adult person / night, possible additional cleaning (1.000, - CZK), el. energy over 50 kW - 5 CZK / kWh

Additional information: reservation deposit CZK 5,000 (or CZK 2,000), additional payment of the price, deposit (CZK 4,000) upon arrival, refund of the deposit upon departure.
