Cottage Františka

Chalupa Františka is located in a semi-secluded area, in the middle of the meadows, near the forest and within walking distance of the town of Frymburk

Originally a barn, which was later converted to permanent living, it now provides comfortable accommodation all year round

The cottage is located below the top of the hill Sv

Marta, on which, among other things, is located directly on the other side of Park Frymburk

The bike path and the Lipno dam are a short distance from the accommodation.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a total of 3 living rooms, a separate kitchen, a veranda and an inner terrace

Of course, there is also a toilet with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a veranda, a toilet and a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with 2 beds and an inner terrace that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside

There are 2 separate bedrooms available to guests on the first floor

There are 3 beds in each bedroom

In total, the cottage can accommodate up to 8 people

The cottage also includes a covered parking space for a car or 4 motorcycles

Bicycles can be stored directly in the cottage on the veranda.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor of the cottage there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

Heating: The cottage is heated by a fireplace stove with a heat exchanger connected to radiators.

Transportation, parking: The driveway is paved and maintained in winter

Parking right next to the building for up to 5 cars.

If you prefer to be served, the Leyla restaurant is approximately 700 meters away

You can also use a wide selection of restaurants directly in Frymburk.

The cottage is open all year round

The property price includes energy, wi-fi, water, recreation fees.

We require payment in full in advance to a bank account

Cancellation of the reservation is possible a maximum of 14 days before the planned arrival at the accommodation

In case of cancellation of accommodation less than 14 days before the start of the accommodation, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price

Arrival at the accommodation is possible from 15:00, departure until 10:00

In summer, we prefer week-long stays.
