Chalupa Dolní Suchá is located in a quiet part of the Lusatian Mountains on the banks of the river Nisa, not far from beautiful cycle paths and cultural monuments

The cottage is for rent for families with children, parties of friends, sports clubs or work groups

You will literally fall in love with accommodation in original/stylish rooms

The cottage has a large garden, a grass field for small football, netball and other sports

You will also find a fireplace with seating

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Accommodation at our cottage consists of four stylish, custom-made rooms, which bear the atypical names Trojpalanda, Autobus, Pohádka and Jógovna

There are two separate beds in the triple bunk bed that can be pushed together and a triple bunk bed for three people

In the second room there are again two separate beds that can be pushed together and a bunk bed for two adults or four children

The third room - The fairy tale is divided into two parts, in the first there are three single beds and in the attic there are four more single beds

The last Yoga Room offers six mattresses placed on a raised platform

There are therefore a total of 22 beds available.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom is equipped with two showers and two sinks

Everything is located on the ground floor.

Heating: The building is heated by a gas boiler

There is a radiator in every room.

Transportation, parking: The cottage is easily accessible from the driveway

There is reserved parking for up to seven cars in front of the cottage, on its own fenced plot.

There are several dining options nearby

We recommend: Kamelot restaurant in Hrádek nad Nisou.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and a smaller fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, electric

In the living room there is a seating area with leather armchairs.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In operation all year round (including Christmas and New Year's Eve).

In the summer season (July and August) we rent the cottage only from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival at the building from 2 p.m

Departure from the building by 10am.

Payment is made immediately after the binding reservation of the date

The stay is firmly reserved after payment of the entire amount within one week of ordering, the accommodation is then offered as free for other potential clients.

Cancellation more than two months before starting the accommodation, we will refund the payment in full.

In case of cancellation less than two months before the start date, we will try to rent the date, as well as the client who would cancel

If the date can be specified, we will refund the entire amount.

Consumed energy, water and heating are included in the rental price.

We ask for a final cleaning so that the cottage is in the same condition as on arrival.

Refundable deposit on site: CZK 5,000

Fee to the village (air) - CZK 21/day/person from 18 - 75 years old (not included in the price).
