The cottage is newly renovated and is located in the village of Dolní Moldava

Lower Moldava is the original and oldest part of the village

There is a Catholic Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary, a cemetery

The Mulda stream, which originates in the forests above Moldava, feeds two water reservoirs, enabling natural swimming in the summer

Moldava has a regular bus connection with the town of Hrob and the spa town of Teplice

Nové Město and Upper Moldava are located on the railway line Most – Litvínov – Moldava

The lower part of the village is connected to the Saxon mountain resort Holzhau, the pedestrian border crossing Teichhaus

The cottage is rented as a whole

During the summer holidays, we prefer weekly stays.

The possibility of issuing a tax document for the employer.

Children up to 2 years old free of charge, without the right to a bed

Each additional day started: NOK 4,000

Included in the price: bed linen, usual consumption of water and energy (above usual consumption, surcharge according to applicable tariffs)

We will pay the fees to the municipality for you.

- the lessor reserves the right to collect a refundable security deposit for possible property damage or failure to perform basic cleaning in the amount of 3

The reservation can be canceled without financial penalties 21 days before the start of the stay

After this period, 50% will be returned and 7 days before the accommodation, 20% of the full price for the accommodation will be refunded.

- half of the rental price must be paid at the time of booking, the other half no later than two weeks before arrival

- the reservation is binding only after payment of 50% of the total price - no later than a week from the confirmation of the reservation
