We invite you to our wooden cottage Šárka, which will inspire you with a pleasant environment, comfort and a cozy room

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Dolní Dvůr in the Giant Mountains National Park

It is a great starting point for summer hiking, cycling, but also winter skiing

The motto of the village is, With us, you can enjoy the world, and that really applies here

Here, everyone will find enjoyment at their fingertips

The history of the cottage dates back to the 17th century and over the years it has undergone sensitive renovations and yet has not lost the charm of the log cabin

Today, it offers comfortable accommodation and at the same time meets the requirements of modern times

In the cottage there is an original hall that serves as a living room, next to it there is a separate bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet

On the first floor, there are newly built cozy rooms in wood and a romantic bathroom

In the attic there is a relaxation room with a really big mattress 3 x 3m, with a TV and a corner full of toys

The best shelter not only for children! We are ready for small visitors - a children's dining chair, a cot and other equipment are available

Even in bad weather, you won't be bored with us - board games, cards, coloring books, toys, Wi-Fi and a satellite menu with up to 80 programs are available

You can also relax by the tiled stove with a book in hand

Not far from the log cabin, the Little Elbe flows beautifully, and whoever is attentive and quiet will see or hear a variety of forest animals

You will not miss anything in the equipment of the cottage, from kitchen equipment to dryer and washing machine

For coffee lovers, there is a coffee machine and a supply of coffee for the whole week

For even greater comfort and relaxation, an outdoor sauna for 4 - 6 people is available for you

For beer brewers, we will be happy to arrange a tap and delivery of a beer barrel as agreed

Bedrooms and rooms: Spacious hallway, kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and attic relaxation room

There is also a lockable shed where there is a place to store skis or bikes

The cottage has a comfortable capacity for 12 people and can accommodate 4 people on an extra bed, for a total of 16 people

We will be happy to prepare a cot for you upon request

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is in operation all year round

The rental price includes energy consumption

In the summer and winter season, rental only in weekly shifts - from Saturday to Saturday

Out of season can be rented from 2 nights

(every other night outside the weekend 4500kc).

Weekly stay - beginning Saturday, arrival possible from 3 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

Weekend for rent only out of season, possibly by agreement and free capacity

Weekend stay - arrival and departure according to agreement (min. from 3 p.m., departure on Sunday until 10 a.m., if the cottage is available, it is possible to stay from 10 a.m., if no other guests are expected, then departure at any time until 6 p.m.)

The rental price includes electricity consumption, water consumption, wood for heating the stove, wifi, bed linen, towels

Local fees are NOT included in the price - 25/adult person/night

Sauna operation is billed separately according to energy consumption - 10/kwh

One-time fee for a dog regardless of the length of stay 300,-

Staying with a cat is NOT ALLOWED!

Upon departure, we ask guests to do routine cleaning, remove bed linen and take away trash

The reservation deposit is 50% of the total price and is payable to the account after confirmation of the date

Surcharge for the longest stay on arrival.

The stay can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival

If the stay is canceled from the 20

up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be kept for the next stay, which can be booked up to 18 months from the date of cancellation, after which the deposit is non-refundable

In case of cancellation from the 6th day before arrival, the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.

Covid - if there are restrictions from government regulations, the deposit will be returned to you
