We offer you comfortable accommodation in a renovated family house with a swimming pool (3.5 x 8m) and a spacious garden in the quiet wine village of Dolní Dunajovice
The village is located 7 km from Mikulov at the foot of the Pálava protected landscape area
Unlike other guesthouses, where you are just one of many guests, we have your privacy and the entire house with a large garden overlooking PÁLAVA is to yourself for the entire rental period!!!
We rent the family house for 8 people from the end of June to August only for weekly stays (from Saturday to Saturday).
Bedrooms and rooms: The building itself consists of three rooms (2x double, 1x quadruple), a living room connected to the kitchen.
Sanitary facilities: 1x bathroom with sanitary facilities (shower, bathtub, toilet)
1x separate toilet.
Heating: Gas boiler - underfloor heating + radiators.
Transportation, parking: Bicycles and other things can be locked in the building
Parking - 3 vehicle parking spaces in front of the house.
There are several restaurants and groceries in the village.
Kitchen - toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, fridge, microwave oven, electric
oven and gas hob, electric kettle, dishwasher
Living room - MINIBAR of Moravian wines, sofa set, dining table, TV, WIFI
Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation price
Outdoor gas grill at the sitting area.

Prices are 30% higher during the Pálav wine harvest.
Refundable damage deposit of CZK 7,000 during accommodation
For weekend and extended stays, an additional cleaning fee of CZK 800.
In the heating season, additional charge according to consumption (according to the state of the gas meter)
Pet by agreement with the owner CZK 350/day
Bed linen and towels are included in the price
The possibility of issuing an invoice for the employer, borrowing cots and children's dining chairs for free
To reserve a date, we require an advance payment of 50% of the price of the stay on the account
The customer pays an additional payment of 50% of the price of the stay to the account no later than 14 days before the start date
If the additional payment is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled, the accommodation provider is not obliged to return the 50% advance payment for the stay to the customer.
The accommodation reservation is considered to be bindingly confirmed only after the deposit has been credited to the bank account.
Accommodation rules.
It is only possible to accommodate a guest who presents a valid identity card (passport) upon arrival.
You will be asked to submit a refundable deposit for any damages in the amount of CZK 7,000
The deposit for these damages, paid on arrival, will be returned to the guests' bank account only after checking the house and its equipment, within 3 days at the latest
The interior spaces of the building are NON-SMOKING
Furniture may not be moved or otherwise changed in the house without the operator's consent. Use of the pool, stay in the premises of the house, on the terrace or in the garden is at your own risk.
Guests may visit only with the prior consent of the operator
During the entire stay, the guest of the Pálava facility will take into account the neighbors and behave in such a way as not to disturb or disturb them
In the period from 10.00 p.m
until 06.00
the guest respects the quiet of the night.
Only the number of persons registered in advance can use the cottage.
The guests are obliged to use all the equipment in such a way that there is no damage to the property
If any defect is discovered, the guests are obliged to report it to the owner of the building immediately.
Cancellation Policy.
25% of the accommodation price if the stay is canceled up to 30 days before the start date.
50% of the accommodation price when canceling the stay from 29 days to 10 days before the start date
100% of the accommodation price if the stay is canceled from 9 days before the arrival date, or if the guest does not arrive.
In the event of early termination or interruption of the stay through no fault of the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider is not obliged to return the paid period of stay or its proportional part to the client.
By paying the deposit, the customer agrees to the accommodation rules and cancellation conditions.
