The cottage is located in one of the nicest and quietest places in the entire village
It was built on the site of a 100-year-old log cabin, which unfortunately could not be saved
The Chřibská Kamenice river flows under the windows, where you can spend romantic evenings by the campfire
Inside, two beautifully equipped two-story apartments await you
Each has a completely separate entrance from the garden, complete privacy is guaranteed
In addition, the cottage naturally divides the garden so that guests from each apartment have the opportunity to use their own part of the garden
We arranged everything in such a way that we ourselves felt good here
Your children are welcome here
Don't forget to pack rubber boots for them on the way
Building dams is the best fun.
Bedrooms and rooms: Two apartments each for 4 to 6 people
The apartments are designed as two floors
On the ground floor there is a spacious sitting room with a kitchenette and a sofa set that can be used as full-size beds
On the first floor there is a fully equipped bathroom and a bedroom for four people
The total usable area of one apartment is approx. 80 m²
Everything is furnished with an emphasis on the greatest possible guest comfort and cleanliness.
Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
Heating: Electric - there is a pleasantly warm floor on the ground floor and in the bathroom.
Transportation, parking: Private driveway and private parking
Two parking spaces are available for each apartment.

Fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, glass ceramic hob, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, enough dishes)
Tablets for the dishwasher are available for the entire stay

The price of accommodation includes the use of the building's equipment, electricity consumption, recreation fees to the village, parking at the building (2 spaces for each apartment), WiFi, final cleaning, tablets for the dishwasher, bed linen and towels, wood for the campfire.
In the months of May - October, only weekly stays are possible.
Bail:
Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is collected for each apartment to cover any damage to the building
We do not rent the building for group celebrations.
