The price does not include electricity consumption from September 2023, which will be charged according to actual consumption and according to the valid price list.
The price does not include heating fuel (a basket of wood for CZK 350).
Final cleaning for a fee of CZK 1,500.
A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 will be returned at the end of the stay when the property is handed over
Residence fee CZK 12, persons under the age of 18 and over the age of 70 are not subject to the fees
A deposit of 50% is paid in advance by bank transfer.
You will pay the additional 50% in cash on the day of arrival.
We do not rent the cottage for parties

Cancellation fees:
1) The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time without cancellation fees, within 50 days before the ordered date, exclusively in writing
The date of delivery of the order cancellation document to the accommodation provider is considered the moment of withdrawal
2) When withdrawing from a confirmed order after the specified period, the customer is obliged to pay the accommodation provider cancellation fees in the amount of:
a) 20% of the total rental price charged by the accommodation provider when the order is canceled 49 - 31 days before arrival
b) 50% of the total rental price charged by the accommodation provider upon cancellation of the order
