Hello, we would like to invite you to our newly renovated half-timbered cottage in the Giant Mountains

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Dolní Branná, on the main road between Prague and Špindlerův Mlýn

The property is fenced and offers a spacious, well-kept garden with barbecue facilities

There is a children's playground with a slide, sandpit, swings and a trampoline for your children

The cottage is suitable for families with children, multi-generational families, a group of friends or sports enthusiasts who, thanks to its location, will

The maximum capacity is 9 people (full size bed) + the possibility of renting 2 travel cots for babies.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has 3 bedrooms with a total capacity of 9 beds

The first bedroom is located by the entrance hall and has a double bed, offering plenty of privacy due to its location

In the second bedroom there is a double bed and a separate single bed, it is entered from the hall

The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed and two separate single beds, the entrance is also from the hall.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has two separate bathrooms

The first is located in the entrance hall, it is equipped with a shower corner and a washing machine

The second bathroom has an entrance from the living room and offers a shower and toilet

Another toilet is located in the entrance hall

Hot water provided by a gas boiler

Hairdryer available

Baby bathtub for rent.

Heating: Heating is provided by a gas boiler and a tiled stove, which will create a magical atmosphere

Chipped wood is included in the price.

Transportation, parking: Asphalt road leads to the building, parking in the fenced garden for 3 cars.

In the village there is a coop shop, a Vaníček butcher shop and a Czech post office

You can also find a large number of shops and restaurants in the nearby Vrchlabí (5 km) or Jilemnica (8 km).

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Bath tub: use fee 500 CZK/day

Dog 1000 CZK per stay, after prior arrangement with the owner.

Conditions of stay:

Clients agree to hand over the cottage in the same condition as when they took it over, remove fur from the furniture, clean up excrement in the garden...

Any damages will be paid for.

The dog will have its own bed and bowls.

No entry to bedrooms and of course also to the couch :)

Furthermore, it is inadmissible for the dog to remain closed in the cottage alone.
