Cleaning agents for the final cleaning are provided.
Cancel fees: 60 days before arrival 0% of the deposit, 30 days before arrival 50% of the deposit, 14 days before arrival 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation fees are not paid if the customer provides compensation for himself or can be replaced.
In the event of a disabling of the rental of real estate for recreation resulting from the Government Order of the Dates, the deposit will be refunded in full.
