The cottage is rented for larger groups of people - for weekend stays for 20 or more, weekly summer stays for 30 or more

It is suitable for various events, family and company stays, work stays

Groups of more than 20 people are accommodated alone in the cottage, no other guests will be accommodated for their privacy

From 1926 this building served as a school until 1975, when it was closed

The unused and very dilapidated building was reconstructed in 1993 and converted into a large cottage

The last extensive renovation took place in the spring of 2019.

You can find it on the outskirts of the village of Dolní Bečva (Vsetín district) near Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

The cottage is located in the protected landscape area of ​​the Beskydy Mountains, in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests with a view of the surrounding hills

The area is perfect for hiking and cycling – ride the ridges, the Wallachian cycle path around Bečva, visit Radhošť, the statue of the pagan God Radegast and the open-air museum in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, or just come to relax

The Bečva cycle path is a unique project

It offers the possibility to ride a bike literally from the mountain springs to the valley

From the source of the Rožnovská or Vsetínská Bečva to its confluence with the Moravia, you can drive more than 141 km along a marked route

Part of the cottage is a large social space - a former restaurant and bar

The entire cottage is rented for a group of 10 - 57 people.

Price per weekend (2 nights) at least CZK 15,000 - valid for a group of 25 people or less, with a higher number

Each additional night + CZK 7,500 - valid for a group of 25 people or less, with a higher number + CZK 300-(400)/night,

Due to the facility's capacity, it is charged for each birth number, including children.

The minimum number of persons per week in the summer season is 30 persons

The minimum length of stay for each person is 7 nights.

The minimum length of accommodation for the weekend is 2 nights per person

Refundable deposit of CZK 10,000, in the event of a mess after the end of the stay, CZK 2,000 will be deducted from the deposit.

Electricity and water consumption according to actual conditions, in the heating season heating - gas 1,000/night without attic, whole building 1,500/night, water heating - gas 150,- CZK/m3

Each pet 100 CZK/night, we do not accept large breeds and breeds with long fur.

Grill CZK 300/stay

Recreation fee to the Municipal Office

A deposit of 40% of the total price is required for a binding reservation

The deposit is non-refundable for 60 days

before embarking on recreation.

Easter CZK 400/night (minimum 40 people for 4 nights)

New Year's Eve CZK 500/night (minimum 40 people for 4 nights)

In the case of renting a property for the purpose of an event - wedding, birthday, family celebration, extra charge for the object according to agreement.
