The village is located in the district of Rychnov nad Kněžnou, at an altitude of 650 meters

The cottage offers up to 16 beds in 5 separate bedrooms, so it is possible to comfortably accommodate both families with children and groups of friends

There are freely accessible forests and meadows in the immediate vicinity of the cottage

Part of the cottage is a garden gazebo, where it is possible to roast or grill even in bad weather.

In the summer and winter season, only weekly stays.

Mandatory reservation deposit of 50% on account in advance.

Refundable deposit of CZK 10,000 per stay.

Weekly stay - from Saturday to Saturday.

Dog, pet by arrangement, only small breeds (chihuahua, Yorkshire terrier...), price 500 CZK/week.

Check-in is possible at 4:00 p.m

On the day of departure, it is necessary to leave the building by 10:00 a.m

The local stay fee is CZK 10/per night/adult

It is not included in the accommodation price.

Cancellation fees:

60 days or more - 0% the entire deposit will be returned,

59 - 30 days – 40% of the accommodation price,

29 - 14 days – 80% of the accommodation price,
