Cottage Jonáš

Newly built semi-timbered house made of spruce wood for 8 people, located in the very center of Deštné in Orlické hory

It offers a beautiful view of the ski slopes only 900 m away, and there are cycle routes and cross-country trails right around the cottage.

Despite the attractive location, the cottage offers enough peace for active and passive rest

In addition to winter activities, the village of Deštné also offers several new attractions

Rides on tricycles, mountain scooters, minigolf, soccer golf, bicycle rentals, quad bikes, workout grounds, multi-functional tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, floorball and handball courts, horse riding, all near our cottage.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The common room is dominated by a custom-made tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room including a high chair and a living area with a TV and radio

There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, bicycle and ski racks in the hall, including a shoe dryer

The spacious terrace with garden furniture and the possibility of grilling offers a wonderful view of the surrounding hills

On the second floor there are three rooms, two for 2 people with double beds and one room with four single beds and a toilet

The beds are equipped with quality mattresses with two hardnesses

We will prepare a cot upon request.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a spacious shower, a Finnish sauna for 3 people and a toilet

There is a separate toilet on the second floor.

Heating: Heating is provided on the ground floor by underfloor heating

Heating is provided by radiators on the second floor.

Transportation, parking: Parking is provided for 2 cars directly on the property of the cottage and for 2 cars in front of the gate

The driveway is maintained year-round.

Inn on the Old Way 0.4 km, Pizzeria Golem 0.5 km, Konzum 0.6 km, Pension Kozí Chlívek 0.8 km, Hotel Praha 1 km, cabin Karolína 1.4 km.

Cottage furnishings

Fully equipped kitchen, including toaster and toaster, no microwave oven

The living room is equipped with a TV and radio with the possibility of USB and CD input

In the vestibule there is a holder for 4 bikes, for skis and a snowboard and a shoe dryer

High-speed WiFi 5G throughout the cottage is a matter of course

Even though we are animal lovers, they are not allowed in our cottage.

Only the actually consumed electrical energy of CZK 8 per 1 kW is added to the price

The price includes bed linen, hand towels in the bathroom and on the toilet, cleaning, sauna, wood and charcoal, including a grill, 10 capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine and a fee to the village.

Time of arrival and departure:

Arrival at the accommodation is always at 3 p.m., vacating the cottage at 10 a.m

2023 increases for weekly stays in season for CZK 30,100 (CZK 4,300/night) and off-season to CZK 24,500 (CZK 3,500/night).

Cancel fees:

0% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled more than 60 calendar days before the beginning of the lease.

50% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 59-30 calendar days before the beginning of the lease.

80% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 29 – 10 calendar days before the start of the rent.

100% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 9 or less calendar days before the start of the rent.
