The rooms always have 2 double beds with quality mattresses, they are separate and do not connect to other rooms

Price per kWh - 7.90 CZK - for the actual consumption of electricity (estimated winter approx. 1000,- day and summer 500,- day)

Village fee - 20 CZK/person/night (children under 18 do not pay).

Upon departure, basic cleaning must be carried out according to the operating regulations, otherwise we charge a fee of CZK 1,500.

Fee per dog 350 CZK - only small and medium breeds possible

Cancellation fees: 0% of the price of the stay if canceled up to 180 days before the date of stay, 50% of the price of the stay if canceled 179 to 30 days, 100% of the price of the stay if canceled 0 - 29 days.

In the event that another tenant manages to arrange a stay in the canceled date, we will refund 70% of the price of the stay, or in this case it is also possible to arrange a stay in an alternative date.
