Availibility, fees, price specifications

When making a binding reservation, a reservation contract is signed and a deposit of 50% of the agreed amount is paid

The cancellation fee for a stay less than a week before the start is 80% of the agreed amount

Electricity consumption 7 CZK/Kw, municipal fees (applicable according to the city/Deštná decree) 15 CZK / day (arrival and departure days are not included), gas fee 3.5 m3, water and sewage are not paid for a small fee it is also possible to provide wood for heating or grilling

A refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is payable upon arrival - after the end of the stay, fees such as electricity, the local municipal office or the order of bed linen are deducted from it

In case of damage to the equipment, a proportional part is deducted

After the end of the stay, the overpayment is returned or a surcharge is billed.
