A fairy tale in the countryside is located in close proximity to the Vírská dam in the small village of Hluboké

It offers a classic country building for rent, which consists of 3 fully and comfortably equipped apartments

All apartments offer privacy, their own kitchen, outdoor seating and sufficient comfort for a relaxing stay

You will have at your disposal a stylish social room in timber, the space of a former pub with a tiled stove for comfortable and stylish sitting

Up to 20 people can comfortably fit

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: We only rent the entire building, which is divided into three separate apartments:

Apt

TEREZKA (4 axes approx. 60m²):

This apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor

There are two rooms, one with a double bed (160x200), dining table, wardrobe and fireplace

A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, el

Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet

BARUNKA (3+1 person approx. 28²):

This apartment is situated separately on the mezzanine floor

There is a living room with a sofa bed (2 mattresses 80x200), a dining table and a small wardrobe

This room is connected to a kitchenette equipped for comfortable cooking

There is also a small separate bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a toilet

This apartment is situated separately on the 1st floor above apt

You enter a large living room with a kitchenette, a dining table for up to 12 people and a sofa bed with 2 mattresses (80X200)

Homeland

Apartment Terezka has a separate entrance, apartments Vlastička and Barunka have entrances from a common corridor, where on the ground floor there is a wooden common room with a tiled stove, which is available to all our guests.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has its own bathroom and toilet

In the hallway on the ground floor, there is another toilet available when sitting outside or in the log cabin

Heating: We heat with a fully automatic pellet boiler and also the possibility of heating with wood in a tiled stove in a log

Transportation, parking: It is possible to drive up to the building by car, we have 5 parking spaces on our own property, other cars can be parked on the adjacent municipal property, in the parking lot approx. 300m from the building.

Dining

Possibility of self-catering in fully equipped kitchens

Shops and restaurants are in the villages of Vír and Dalečín, 6 km away, a supermarket in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, approx. 12 km

A new Forest Resort restaurant has opened in Vír, where you can really enjoy yourself

Cottage furnishings

In the garden behind the cottage there is a covered outdoor seating area with a garden grill and an outdoor fireplace

We now have a round pool with a depth of 90 cm and a diameter of 3.6 m

There is a small trampoline, sandpit and slide for children.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We rent all year round for weekend and longer stays

The minimum rental period is 2 nights.

Price for the entire object when renting for 2 nights - CZK 13,000, each additional night + CZK 5,000 / object / night

For a stay of up to 12 people for 2 nights, the price is CZK 11,000/property - each additional night + CZK 4,500/property/night

Children under two years old free of charge without the right to a bed

Additional fees apply for more than 18 people

We charge CZK 100/night for a dog.

When handing over the object, we collect a refundable deposit of CZK 6,000.

During the summer holidays, the stay is only possible for a whole week - from Saturday to Saturday

Outside the high season, it is also possible to rent individual apartments Mon-Thurs - and by agreement (from CZK 450 per person/night)
