All apartments offer privacy, own kitchen, outdoor seating and sufficient comfort to relax

You will have a stylish common room in the timber, the former pubs with tiled stoves for comfortable and stylish sitting

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: We only rent the whole building that is made to three separate apartments:

Terezka (4 axes about 60m²):

This apartment has a separate entrance and is situated on the ground floor

There are two rooms, one of them with a double bed (160x200), a dining table, a wardrobe and a fireplace

This room is freely followed by a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, el

grill and kettle

Another room is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe

Of course there is a bathroom with shower and toilet

Barunka (3+1 OS approx. 28²):

This apartment is situated separately in the mezzanine

There is a living room with a sofa sofa (2 mattresses80x200), a dining table and a smaller wardrobe

This room is connected to a kitchenette equipped for comfortable cooking

There is also a small separate bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a toilet

Vlastička

Apartment Terezka has a separate entrance, the apartments Vlastička and Barunka are entrances from a common corridor, where on the ground floor there is a lounge in a timber with tiled stoves, which is available for all our guests.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has its own bathroom and toilet

There is another toilet in the corridor on the ground floor when sitting outdoors or in the timber

Heating: We heat fully automatic pellet boiler and also the possibility to heat wood in tiled stoves in the timber

Transportation, parking: By car it is possible to come to the building, we have 5 parking spaces on our own land, other cars can be parked on the adjacent municipal land, in the parking lot about 300m from the building.

Dining

The possibility of eating in fully equipped kitchens

Shops and restaurants are in 6km distant villages Vír and Dalečín, supermarket in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, about 12 km

The new Forest Resort restaurant is open in the whirl

Cottage furnishings

In the garden behind the cottage there is a covered outdoor seating with a garden grill and an outdoor fireplace

We now have a round pool with a depth of 90cm and a diameter of 3.6m

For children there is a small trampoline, sandpit and slide.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We rent all year round for weekend and longer stays

The minimum rental time is 2 nights.

Price for the whole building for rent for 2 nights- 17.000,- CZK, each additional night + 5.500,- CZK /object /night

When staying up to 12 persons for 2 nights is the price of 14.000,- CZK/ object- each additional night +5 000,- CZK/ object/ night

Children under two years of charge free of charge without bed

Over 18 persons are charged other fees

We charge 100,- CZK/night for the dog.

When handing over the building we collect a refundable deposit of 6000,- to 10,000,- CZK.

During the summer holidays, stay is possible min

Outside the main season it is possible to rent individual apartments Po-Thu- and by agreement (from 500,- CZK OS/Night)

The booking is paid to the account about 25% of the rental price

The surcharge is paid then before arrival again to the account
