The rectory from the 18th century underwent a complete reconstruction in 2010 (repaired roofing, new facade, new water, waste, heating, electricity distribution systems, built sanitary facilities)

The building is located in a picturesque setting in the middle of a large garden.

Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, it is possible to prepare meals independently

There are two pubs in the village where you can also buy fast food

A general store is approx. 100 m from the cottages

There is a bakery in Činěvs that offers fresh pastries every day (both sweet and savory)

The nearest restaurants are in Městec Králové, 5 km away.
