The house is a modern new building, which is part of the original farm building from the 16th century

There are no windows or an entrance from the house to the yard near the building, and the terrace also faces away from the building towards the valley

The guests' privacy is therefore completely guaranteed

The Koštěnický stream flows directly below the house, behind which there is a forest

About 600 m from the house is the Kačležský pond, which is part of the protected area of ​​the Krvavý and Kačležský pond National Natural Monument

With its area of ​​196 hectares, Kačležský pond is one of the largest Czech ponds

The landscape of Czech Canada directly invites you to go for walks and bike rides

There are also interesting places for car trips within an acceptable driving distance

The Golfresort Monarchus golf course is located approx. 9 km away

In winter, when there is enough snow, cross-country trails are prepared in the vicinity of Nová Bystřice

An interesting fact is that some scenes of the movie Ride (Jan Svěrák, 1994) were filmed right in the building near which the house is built.

Pets are not allowed.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: In the interior of the house there is a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a dressing room

One wall of the living room is formed by a large portal window, which connects the room to a spacious and covered terrace

The living room has a double bed, a sitting area with two armchairs, a dining table, a fireplace, and an equipped kitchen.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom has a shower and toilet

There are two dressing tables and mirrors with light

Bath towels, towels, hairdryer, soap, toilet paper are available.

Heating: Heating is provided by a remotely controlled electric boiler with underfloor heating

Alternatively, it can be heated with air conditioning or heating in a fireplace stove.

Transportation, parking: Access to the house is via a paved gravel road approx. 300 m from the road

Parking is provided under the shelter.

Boarding is not provided by the accommodation provider

A grocery store is available in the village of Číměř, 4 km away

Here, in the summer season, it is also possible to eat in the Restaurant and guesthouse Statek Číměř

Other restaurants and shops are in Nová Bystřice and Jindřichov Hradec.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, commonly needed dishes, basic kitchen equipment, dining china, necessary glasses, cutlery, etc.

In the summer zone, accommodation is only possible for at least 3 nights

Outside the summer season, except for Easter (only 4 nights), accommodation is possible for a minimum of 2 nights.

Christmas and New Year's Eve: CZK 3,400 / night, minimum 2 nights

Easter: 10,800 / 4 nights

The price includes the consumption of water, energy and heat, Wi-Fi internet connection, parking and local fees per person per day.

The building is in operation all year round

Arrival is possible on the day the accommodation starts from 4:00 p.m., departure is possible no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day the accommodation ends.

The accommodation reservation is valid only after its confirmation by the accommodation provider

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is required

If the deposit is not paid by the deadline set by the accommodation provider, the reservation will be cancelled

If the reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the booked start date, no cancellation fee is charged and the entire deposit is returned

If the reservation is canceled 20-14 days before the start of the accommodation, a cancellation fee of 30% of the accommodation price is charged

If the reservation is canceled less than 13 days before the booked start date of the accommodation or if the customer does not show up on the day the accommodation starts and does not start the booked stay, a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation price is charged
