Do you want to spend your free time in the picturesque nature on the border of the Bohemian Paradise and the Giant Mountains? We offer accommodation in a cozy environment in a fully equipped new building, suitable especially for families with children

The location of the house at the intersection of cycle paths and marked hiking trails is ideal for your active summer vacation

For winter lovers, the cross-country trails with the entrance right behind the house and the modernized ski resort Kozákov, five minutes away by car, are an attraction.

Not only children will appreciate the unique sled run in the Kadlec ravine, which is almost 3 km long.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are four separate rooms available

One room with four beds, of which two beds for older children on a bunk bed, and three rooms with two beds

The eleventh bed is arranged as a separate extra bed upstairs

On request, we provide a baby cot free of charge.

Sanitary facilities: There are two bathrooms in the house, one on the ground floor with a bath and shower, the other with a shower on the first floor

The toilet is separate on the ground floor, on the first floor it is part of the bathroom.

Heating: The house is heated by a heat pump, in the common room with the kitchen there is the option of heating with a tiled stove.

Transportation, parking: It is possible to reach the building via an asphalt road, parking right next to the house on a paved area

The bus stop is 400 m away

The nearest train connection is from the ČD railway station in Semily, 5 km away

After agreement, we will arrange a pick-up from the station.

Dining

From our own stock directly to the house in the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, or in the smaller kitchen in the corridor on the first floor

The nearest restaurant with a warm kitchen is at the tourist Riegro cottage in Kozákov, 3 km away

Not far from the house is the quirky pub U Kodrů

Other options for varied catering are in Semile, Na Špici, or Tatobity

A fire pit and gas grill are available for outdoor feasting options.

Cottage furnishings

On the ground floor there is a large common room with a fully equipped kitchenette with bar seating

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, fridge with freezer

In the main room there is a large dining table for twelve people, a couch with two armchairs and a conference table

A flat-screen TV and a radio are a matter of course

From the main room there is an entrance through French doors to a terrace equipped with garden furniture

Above the stairs on the first floor, there is the possibility to sit and relax in a corner with a couch and two armchairs.

Bedding and cleaning products included in the price

We do not charge for cleaning, but we require the return of the cottage in the same, tidy condition as it was handed over to you (in case of non-compliance, it will be deducted from the refundable deposit)

Fee for a pet CZK 1,000 (possibility of movement only on the ground floor, where there is paving)

Refundable deposit CZK 2,000.

From 1/2020, the residence tax according to the decree is CZK 15/person/day.
