The internal rented premises of the cottage have an area of ​​approximately 120 square meters

The price includes: Rental of the building, outdoor spaces, bed linen, water consumption and pre-heating of the building

It does not include electricity according to actual consumption (9 CZK/kWh) and firewood

The usual consumption of wood to heat an outdoor Finnish barrel is 5 crates in winter

Bathing in a warm barrel needs to be arranged in advance with the administrator, so that he will melt it for you in the barrel and you can then just add yourself

Swimming in the cold barrel is possible freely, at any time without an appointment

We reserve the property when 50% of the rental price is credited to our account

The reservation can be canceled no later than 60 days before the start of the rental, after which the deposit is non-refundable

The additional payment of the rental price must be paid no later than a week before the start of the rental, otherwise the rental is canceled

After handing over the object, we collect a deposit of four thousand crowns, which is returned upon taking over the object

The surcharge for a pet of a smaller breed is two thousand crowns per accommodation, regardless of the number of nights
