We offer year-round cottage rental, located in the village of Dolní Chřibská on the border of two protected landscape areas - the Lusatian Mountains and the Elbe Sandstones and the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. Its location is practically the gateway to the national park.
The cottage is rented as a whole with a capacity of up to 10 people in three bedrooms.
The cottage, a large garden with seating, fireplace and barbecue is an ideal choice for those interested in an active and quiet holiday with a large selection of cycling and hiking trails in the vicinity.
Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has 3 bedrooms on the first floor:
- two double beds
- one double bed + one double bed in the maisonette
- one double bed
On the ground floor there is:
- common room with sitting area, bar, wine cellar and fireplace
- dining room for 10 people and fully equipped kitchen
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is one separate toilet with sink and one bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Heating: Hassle-free, thanks to the gas boiler.
Transportation, parking: Private parking for 3 cars is right next to the cottage.
There is a fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator with freezer, microwave, gas hob, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, all utensils and kitchen utensils.
Within walking distance of the cottage are several restaurants, a pastry shop and a cafe.

Year-round operation, the minimum length of stay in the summer season is 7 nights with arrival on Saturday.
The minimum length of stay outside the summer season is 3 nights for the price of 4800 CZK / night.
The price includes: accommodation, bed linen, towels and normal water consumption.
Energy will be charged separately according to real consumption and meter readings at the rate: electricity 15 CZK / kWh and 30 CZK / m3 for gas.
The price also does not include the recreational fee of CZK 12 / person / night, which must be paid by everyone over the age of 18, unless they hold a ZTP or ZTP / P card.
A deposit of CZK 5,000 in cash will be collected before the start of the stay, and will be refunded in full upon handover of the object without any defects.
Arrival is always after 3 pm and return of the cottage by 10 am.
The reservation is valid after paying 50% of the stay. The supplement must be paid no later than 5 days before the start of the stay.
No cancellation fee 3 weeks before arrival, less than 3 weeks the booking fee of 50% of the stay will be forfeited.
