Availibility, fees, price specifications

Deposit for renting the cottage in the amount of 25% of the total price (immediately after ordering).

The additional payment is then due no later than 7 days before the arrival date.

Please note that in the event of your cancellation, the deposit is refundable only if the date is occupied by a substitute.

Arrival every Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m

(otherwise by agreement).

Departure: Saturday by 10 a.m.

The client pays for electricity consumption according to the consumption status on the electricity meter according to EON

The owner collects a deposit of CZK 2,000.

Dog only small breed CZK 500/week

The price includes water consumption, waste removal.

Bed linen is owned or provided by the owner for a fee.

Personal items, e.g

We do not provide towels, toilet paper or cosmetics.

Final cleaning (possibility of ordering): CZK 1,000.

At the end of the stay, customers clean the house: (remove bed linen, wipe the living areas of the house, wash used dishes).
