Rezidence Chmelná is only available as a whole building, where in addition to five spacious apartments, you also have access to adjacent terraces with a view of nature, a romantic courtyard or a large swimming pool

All interior spaces are equipped with highly comfortable furniture and stylish accessories, referring to ancient history and noble comfort, which will be appreciated by even the most demanding guests

There are 22 beds hidden behind the windows of the romantic residence

Each apartment has its own bathroom

The fantastic atmosphere and tranquility will make you feel like you are in a real fairy tale

In winter, we have equipment for bobsledding and sledding

In the warmer months, a luxurious outdoor illuminated swimming pool is built on the property

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The resident room and the living room serve as social rooms for all guests, it includes a large library, television, a large fireplace, and large candelabras and chandeliers underline the Romanesque style

The apartments are stylishly furnished and mostly emphasize the South Bohemian farmhouse with their historical visuals

5 apartments, which have their own entrance, are built in a classic horseshoe shape, of which the upper part consists of a large country kitchen with a table for 8 people, which connects to the main common room with a table for 16 people, which is very spacious and can also be used as a training room

The luxurious residential room is also connected to the main part of the estate through a glass door and forms a background for other guests

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom is part of each of the apartments + additional special equipment for ladies and gentlemen in the connecting corridor - near the outdoor seating area.

Heating: The heating is central with the possibility of additional heating in a tiled stove

Extra beds are fold-out beds - always for one person - 140 cm bed.

The payment is always divided into a deposit, an additional payment and a deposit.

In the case of a last minute order, the entire amount and deposit are paid in advance.

During the summer season, we only rent the building for a whole week

Out of season, it is possible to make individual arrangements from November to May - it is possible to accommodate only 16 people.

Accommodation prices do not include:

- municipal fees - paid on the spot

- final cleaning 2000,-

The area is always cleaned before the arrival of new guests and the beds are made.

The refundable deposit for the object is CZK 5,000
