New building is a all -wood timbered cottage meeting the current most demanding requirements for comfortable housing

Heating: Heat pump with the possibility of setting temperature - very low electricity consumption
Wood in the stove `Jotul`
Wood is enough for timber and is included in the price of stay
The timber is new and energy consumption is minimal in winter.
Transportation, parking: The parking spaces are at the cottage
!!! For the exit directly to the timbered houses in the winter months is the need to have a vehicle with 4x4 or snow chains !!!
Alternatively, the vehicle is parked on the village square in Český Jiřetín about 800 meters from the timber, there can be reached without problems without chains

TV, satellite, massive furniture, kitchen is fully equipped, stove - ceramic slab, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toast toast, kettle, stainless steel pots and cutlery

We rent only for weeks from Saturday to Saturday for the summer and winter season
Out of season we rent for at least 3 nights (2500,- CZK per night)

Prices are given at a maximum occupancy of 5 persons
We provide bed linen and kitchen towels included in the price of stay
Towels and bath towels carry their own
I require a deposit of 4000,- CZK in advance
The deposit will be deducted from the total price of stay
The deposit is refundable when canceling your stay within 14 days before boarding
At the later cancellation, the deposit is forfeited
In case of failure to perform the final cleaning, CZK 500 is charged
We charge 8,- CZK per kw/h for energy consumed
The municipality's accommodation fee is 10,- CZK/person/night
In the case of accommodation of a pet please let me know in advance
We charge a surcharge for a pet by a pet
Arrival on Saturdays ask strictly between 12: 00 - 13: 00
It is not possible to accommodate guests at a later hour
The timbered houses must be cleared to 9: 00.
