Cottage Studený Zejf

The Magic Cottage Zejf is located on the "loneliness near the forest" on the border of the cadastral territory Studený Zejf and Česká Ves, in the third stage of the PLA, where the foxes give a good night

Kaltseifen - Cold Zejf refers to a cold stream and gold panning in the Bělá River

Not far from Studený Zejf lies the historic village of Rejvíz

The cottage is originally an old German building from which it was created after reconstruction of Polo - wooden building

Zejf has undergone a two -year reconstruction, when the ground floor remained in the original style and the upper floors are preserved the original beam

There are a total of five bedrooms, one of which is historical and one open in the roof gable

You will also find two fully equipped kitchens, children's corner, three toilets and two bathrooms

The biggest pride of the building is primarily a bar with a separate entrance that has a beer bar and a relaxation zone with a balcony

There is also a pergola with a seating area, a fireplace, a garden grill, a large gas grill and an outdoor furnace for a pizza

All bedrooms upstairs are equipped with double beds that are made of 100 -year -old beams

The living room has a fireplace insert that provides heating and heating of water in combination with an electric boiler

There is also a rustic leather seat and massive tables from 200 -year -old beams

The projector and PC with about 40 GB of films, fairy tales, documents are firmly built

The total capacity of the building is 11 people with one extra bed and two inflatable beds + another 4 people.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The layout of the cottage is a total of five bedrooms (one historical, one open in the gable of the house and one is sleeping behind a chimney for one adult or two children)

On the ground floor a large living room with dining table, on the 1st floor relaxation zone with balcony, on the second floor children's corner

There are two inflatable beds that can be inflated in a children's corner or in a room with a balcony.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, bathroom with a spacious shower and another toilet

It also includes a lowered children's table with a sink

On the first floor is another bathroom with a smaller shower and toilet

All bathrooms are equipped with sinks of river stone.

Heating: Solid fuel fireplace insert with water heating in combination with electric boiler

There is floor heating in ground -level bathroom.

Transportation, parking: The cottage leads about 100 meters long unpaved driveway to a slight hill

At the cottage comfortably park 4 passenger cars

In the winter months, if necessary, parking for 3 cars at the bottom of the main road.

Dining

About two kilometers are small foods with a village pub where in the summer months Fri - not grilling mackerel, ribs and sausages

Within 10 minutes by car are two experiential restaurants and other restaurants with hot meals if necessary

There is a large number of catering facilities in the range within 20 minutes and some of them are really worth visiting.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

To create a binding reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 50% of the price for stay

We charge a one -time fee of CZK 1,000 for cleaning.

Refundable deposit for without harm stay - 5 000 CZK.

The price for accommodation will be added the price of consumed electricity or

wood.

In the case of increased capacity for extra beds we charge 300 CZK person / stay.

Cancel fee is calculated from the advance payment:

- cancellation of stay 60 or more days before the start of your stay - no charge

- cancellation of stay 59 - 30 days before the start of stay - fee of 50%.

- cancellation of stay 29 - 14 days before the start of the stay - fee of 75%.

- cancellation 13 - 0 days before the start of the stay - a fee of 100%.
