Cottage Studený Zejf

The magical Chalet Zejf is located on the "solitude by the forest" on the border of the cadastral territory of Studený Zejf and Česká Ves, in the third level of the PLA, where the foxes say good night

Kaltseifen - Cold Zejf refers to the cold stream and gold panning in the Bělá River

Just above Studený Zejf lies the historic village of Rejvíz

The cottage is originally an old German building, from which a semi-timbered building was created after reconstruction

Zejf underwent a self-help two-year renovation, where the ground floor remained in its original style and the original beams are preserved in the upper floors

There are a total of five bedrooms, one of which is historic and one open in the gable of the roof

You will also find two fully equipped kitchens, a children's corner, three toilets and two bathrooms

The biggest pride of the building is above all the bar with a separate entrance, which has a beer tap and a relaxation area with a balcony

There is also a pergola with seating, a fire pit, a garden grill, a large gas grill and an outdoor pizza oven

All bedrooms upstairs are equipped with double beds, which are made from 100-year-old beams

The living room has a fireplace insert that provides heating and water heating in combination with an electric boiler

There is also a rustic leather sofa and massive tables made from 200-year-old beams

It includes a permanently built-in data projector and a PC with approximately 40 GB of films, fairy tales, and documents

The total capacity of the building is 11 people with the possibility of one extra bed and two inflatable beds + another 4 people.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The layout of the cottage is a total of five bedrooms (one historic, one open in the gable of the house and one sleeping behind the chimney for one adult or two children)

On the ground floor, a large living room with a dining table, on the first floor a relaxation area with a balcony, on the second floor a children's corner

Two inflatable beds are available, which can be inflated in the children's corner or in a room with a balcony.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, a bathroom with a spacious shower and another toilet

There is also a lowered children's table with a sink

On the first floor there is another bathroom with a smaller shower and toilet

All bathrooms are equipped with river stone sinks.

Heating: Fireplace insert for solid fuels with water heating in combination with an electric boiler

There is underfloor heating in the ground floor social facilities.

Transportation, parking: An approximately 100-meter-long unpaved access road up a gentle hill leads to the cottage

The cottage can comfortably park 4 cars

In the winter months if needed, parking for 3 cars provided down by the main road.

Dining

About two kilometers are small grocery stores with a village pub, where mackerel, ribs and sausages are grilled in the summer months Fri - Sun

Within a 10-minute drive, there are two experience restaurants and another restaurant with hot meal delivery if needed

There are a large number of catering establishments within a 20-minute drive, and some of them are really worth visiting.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

To make a binding reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 50% of the price for the stay

We charge a one-time cleaning fee of CZK 1,000 for a dog.

Refundable deposit for a harmless stay - CZK 5,000.

The price of the consumed electricity or

wood.

If the capacity is increased by extra beds, we charge CZK 300 per person/stay.

The cancellation fee is calculated from the amount of the advance payment:

- cancellation of the stay 60 or more days before the start of the stay - free of charge

- cancellation of the stay 59 - 30 days before the start of the stay - a fee of 50%.

- cancellation of the stay 29 – 14 days before the start of the stay - a fee of 75%.

- cancellation of the stay 13 - 0 days before the start of the stay - a fee of 100%.
