About 12 km from Červená Vody is the Resort Dolní Morava - TOP TEN in the Czech Republic, where you can find entertainment all year round

The biggest attraction is the longest suspension footbridge in the world Sky bridge 721, Trail in the clouds or bobsleigh, which are also accessible all year round

But you can also ski directly in Šanov, where a slope is also offered with evening skiing

In the winter and summer season, we only rent for the whole week.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: We have two double and two triple rooms here, each room has its own color

One double room is connected to a triple room

We also offer a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen

There is also the option of an extra bed in the living room

On the ground floor there is an indoor pool, a sauna, a solarium and a fireplace.

Sanitary facilities: The upstairs bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks

The bathroom has a heated floor, a ladder radiator and a large shower and whirlpool bath

The second downstairs bathroom also has underfloor heating, a ladder radiator and a bath.

Heating: Heating is a heat pump by the pool, there is an internal fireplace where you can heat with wood.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly in front of the cottage - there are three spaces available.

The cottage has a new, modern, spacious kitchen with equipment for your cooking

There is a newly opened restaurant near our cottage, approx. 100m away.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator

The dining room is equipped with a large massive table

There is a toaster, a ground coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, a kettle and other common equipment

The living room has a spacious sofa set and LED TV

On the ground floor there is a heated indoor pool with counter current and massage jets, an infrared sauna and an indoor fireplace

There is also a solar studio where you can adjust the color of your skin in bad weather

Seating on the terrace with an outdoor grill

WiFi throughout the building

Out of season, the pool is out of service, it can be put into operation for an additional fee.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price includes water consumption, bedding, towels, sponges, toilet paper, garbage bags, solar studio and infrared sauna.

Electricity consumption is not included in the price

The reservation is made after paying a deposit of 50% of the total price.

A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is payable upon arrival

In the summer and winter season, only weekly stays are possible (Sat - Sat)

Out of season, weekend stays are also possible.

Check-in for a weekly stay is always on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. If you are late, please let us know in advance

End of stay on Saturday by 10:00 a.m.

The cottage is returned cleaned, it is possible to pay for the final cleaning

Since the cottage is large, cleaning costs CZK 2,000.

Electricity consumption will be determined upon departure by counting the hours.

Payment conditions - cancellation fees for cancellations 60-41 days before arrival are 30 percent of the total price of the stay, 40-21 days before arrival are 40 percent of the total price of the stay and less than 20 days before arrival are 50 percent of the total price of the stay no- if otherwise agreed in writing

By paying the full amount/advance, the tenant agrees to the stated conditions.
