The cottage stands on a separate fenced plot of approx. 2,200 m2 on the edge of the forest in the village of Moravský Karlov

The building has two floors with a capacity of 20 people in six rooms

There is a separate parking lot for 10 cars on the property

In July and August, an outdoor above-ground pool, a sandpit for children, a slide, a pétanque court, a volleyball and netball court, garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace with seating are available

Sets of petanque, volleyball and netball balls can be rented at the cottage.

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a common room, which is equipped with a tiled stove, billiards, table football, TV, DVD, mini tower, three sofas and several armchairs, there is also a fully equipped kitchen

There are also two four-bed rooms on the ground floor

On the first floor, there is one four-bed room from which you can enter a double room, and there are also two separate triple rooms.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, two sinks and two toilets

There are two radiators in the bathroom, one radiator - a heating ladder for drying towels and the other a plate one

The bathroom also has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and an iron

On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet in the bathroom there is one plate radiator and another heating ladder

There is another separate toilet with a sink.

Heating: The building is heated by central heating - gas

Transportation, parking: The property can be reached by car in its own parking lot for 10 cars.

There is a kitchen in the building, which is equipped with a kitchen unit with a glass-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, two kettles, a microwave oven and two fridges with a freezer

Shops are in Červené Voda, about 3 km away, where there are also several restaurants.
